Hello dear cancers,

Find a comfortable seated position,

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in and out.

Begin by tuning into the feeling of home,

Wherever you are right now.

Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.

Cancer energy is all about connection,

Nurturing and remembering what matters deeply.

Let yourself settle into this feeling of care and belonging.

Bring your awareness to your heart center.

Imagine it holding a gentle glowing light,

A light of love,

Memory and protection.

This light reflects the moon's soft glow.

Not its own fire but the reflection of something greater.

You are like the moon in the sky.

Reflecting love.

Reflecting care.

Reflecting the sacred memory of who you truly are.

Sometimes this connection can feel fragile.

Life pulls you away.

Distractions make you forget what is important.

But your heart holds signs,

Reminders to bring you back.

Silently repeat to yourself I remember what I am here to care for.

I remember who I am.

If your mind wanders,

Gently return to this mantra as if you are holding a sacred thread connecting you to your true self and your purpose.

You may feel turned between wanting to be close and safe and needing to stand on your own,

To grow and shine independently.

This is part of your journey.

Know that it's okay to feel frustrated with the push and pull.

This tension is the path to your growth.

Sometimes the caring,

Nurturing,

And staying connected can feel heavy.

Just know that they come from a deep place within you,

Wanting to keep you safe and loved.

So allow yourself to honor these feelings.

Allow yourself to feel the need for love and belonging without judgment.

And repeat softly the following mantra.

I am worthy of love and connection.

I am learning to balance my independence and closeness.

Feel your heart open wider with each breath.

And connecting deeply to that knowing that love you seek is within you,

Radiating outward.

And when you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Open your eyes gently.

And carry this feeling of nurturing,

Remembering,

And connection with you throughout your day.
