Let's gently close our eyes and open the doorway to gratitude.
Bring your awareness to your heart and ask yourself,
What am I grateful for in this moment?

Allow whatever chooses to come up without judgment,
With ease and grace.
When we know wherever we put,
Our intention is where the energy goes.
If we consciously choose to put our attention on what we are grateful for,
We attract more to be grateful for in our lives.

Take a moment to send gratitude out into the world.
Send gratitude to the Beloveds that you're grateful for.
Send gratitude to all the places.
Everywhere you choose for it to go,
Creating that ripple effect of gratitude.
