Greetings,

Beloveds.

I'm Amanda Sophia and welcome to your honouring meditation.

Inviting you to gently close your eyes,

Making a conscious choice to bring your energy inwards.

Your place of infinite wisdom and unconditional love and crystal clear clarity.

And as you go deeper into your inner world and evolve and grow that reflects in your outer world.

So as you consciously choose to be present and go inwards and connect,

You are gifting yourself liberation.

Becoming connected with your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Wherever we consciously choose to bring our awareness.

That's where the energy flows and grows.

So as we cultivate gratitude,

Connection and honouring that expands in our awareness and in our lives.

Together we're going to go through a pranayama.

The four part yogic breath.

Exhaling you to inhale this time for the count of four.

Three,

Four.

I'm going to invite you to hold that breath at the very top for the count of four.

Three,

Four.

And then exhaling your breath out for the count of four.

Three,

Four.

And then holding your breath out at the bottom for the count of four.

Three,

Four.

So I invite you to carry on with this breath technique.

And if your inhale is five or six counts,

That's perfect.

Just honour whatever feels good for your body.

Just make sure that's even for all the other parts of the breath as well.

We're creating balance.

With our breath we cultivate presence,

Awareness of our physical,

Emotional and mental body.

Knowing that we are first off infinite beings.

Infinite beings living in this beautiful human body.

Having this earthly experience.

So we always bring balance to that and embody that.

During our time of meditation we can transform,

Transcend beyond the physical realm.

The breath is a catalyst for that.

This four part yogic breath also represents the four seasons.

And as you inhale your breath,

It's the blossoming.

Spring time filling up.

Filling up your body with breath with the season of things starting to emerge.

As you hold your breath at the top,

That's summer.

That yang time of year,

Abundant action,

Movement.

Feel the fullness of that now.

As you exhale your breath out,

That's autumn.

You're exhaling,

You're letting go.

You're making space,

Surrendering,

Willing to release.

And there on that fourth cycle,

The winter,

The yin,

Inward reflection,

The void.

The vastness emptying,

Emptying,

Emptying the breath.

Releasing that which no longer serves.

So as you move through this breath,

Feel yourself moving through the rhythms,

The cycles.

Having that awareness of change and transformation and the ever evolving.

Give yourself that permission to be still when you need to,

To emerge when you need to.

We're going to go through one more round of that breath.

So the next time you exhale your breath out,

I'm going to invite you to come back to your normal rhythm in your breath.

Still allowing it to be deep and full.

If ever your mind wanders,

You can always come back to your beautiful breath.

Your breath,

The first thing you do when you came into the world.

More knowing you're fully connected to source,

Knowing that you are unconditional love.

The breath is the last thing we do before we leave the physical body.

So always coming back home to your breath.

So I invite you now with your mind's eye to see yourself standing at the base of a mountain.

If there's a mountain that you resonate,

Connect with,

Have visited or wish to time travel to,

To visit now,

See that mountain.

And invite you to always honor yourself,

Always speak your truth.

And if something feels right,

Allow,

Allow yourself to move forward.

And also in the same as something does not feel right,

Honoring yourself to say no,

To speak your truth.

When you really,

Really listen and connect in,

You have that confidence and that clarity to know the difference between fear or excitement of something new.

You know that difference between judgment versus something not feeling right.

That inner voice,

The more that you honor that inner voice,

Your inner voice,

Your higher level of consciousness,

The more empowered you are.

Empowered to make really healthy,

Beautiful,

Loving decisions,

Ways of being,

Habits,

Experiences in your life.

So if it feels right to you,

Start making your way up the mountain,

Feeling the support of your guides.

And even if it is a really,

Really large mountain,

You're just divinely guided,

Only one foot in front of the next.

And with every step,

Every single step is about honoring,

Honoring yourself.

The next step,

Honoring the land.

The next step,

Honoring your connection to the divine.

The next step,

Honoring and feeling the divine that flows through you,

Around you.

The next step,

Feeling the energy of the mountain beneath you,

Honoring and loving and accepting the strength that is coming up through the soles of your feet,

Up through your body.

But the next step,

While that strength and sovereign energy is flowing up through your body from the mountain,

With every step,

You are honoring and loving the mountain.

The next step,

You can feel that it is a beautiful exchange.

The mountain is grateful that you have come to visit,

As you are grateful for the love from the mountain.

The next step,

Honoring your gifts,

Honoring your connection with the land,

Honoring the gifts of what your soul's purpose is.

With the next step,

With every step,

Do it with love and reference.

Realizing how you feel as one foot goes in front of the next.

With your mind's eye,

Having this awareness,

With every step,

It's a higher level of consciousness.

With every step,

Knowing everything,

With every step,

Feeling this healthy detachment to things that perhaps that you have put more emphasis on than you would prefer.

With every step,

Making a conscious choice to be kind to yourself with your thoughts.

With every step,

Feeling your own divinity,

Your own light.

With every step,

Feeling your ability to be in service in the world.

With every step,

Knowing as you heal and raise your own consciousness,

You are doing that for humanity.

With every step,

Feeling that deep sense of knowing that with every thought,

Action,

How you listen,

You will honor.

Honor that source energy that flows through you,

Around you,

That you are.

With every step.

With every step,

Feeling this deep sense of awareness and gratitude that you're willing to just keep putting one foot in front of the next.

And you do it with such grace and ease and beauty and wisdom.

Feel yourself,

See yourself higher in the mountain.

And as you look forward,

As you do,

You see the peak of the mountain right in front.

And you just keep putting one foot in front of the next.

And knowing and trusting that you have all of the strength,

All of the energy,

All of the support to make it to the top of this beautiful mountain.

Putting one foot in front of the next.

And now just bringing your awareness to the energy between your foot and the mountain.

And allowing that illusion of time to disappear.

One foot in front of the next,

Your awareness of that space,

That space between you and the peak of the mountain.

Putting one foot in front of the next.

Being aware of that space of what you have between you and the base of the mountain.

Putting one foot in front of the next.

Being aware of that space.

Being aware of this level of consciousness that you choose to be in.

As you're almost at the top of the mountain,

What does this represent for you?

Reaching the top of this mountain.

What does this mean?

What are you choosing for this to represent?

Perhaps it's a reclaiming.

Seeing that energy,

That space between you and the top of the mountain.

As you've reached the top of the mountain now,

Just one more step.

Look at it all around.

How does that feel?

What do you see?

Feel the space all around you.

Seeing yourself with your arms open wide,

Heart open.

Deeply connect with the land beneath you.

Source energy pulsating through you.

And as you reach your arms open and up,

Feeling this infinite potential within you.

Feeling your connection to everything above.

Take a moment now to visualize anything in your life that you are ready to align with.

Perhaps it's stepping forward in this work.

Perhaps it's vitality and energy.

Loving relationship.

Connection.

Abundance.

See it now as you stand at the top of this powerful mountain.

See it now with your mind's eye.

What is it that you are ready to align with?

Feel it.

Feel it in your body.

As you see this to your mind's eye,

Being aware of emotions that come up as these emotions,

These feelings in your body allows you to really align with these visions that you are ready to experience now in your life.

Let yourself fully go there.

Feel it.

See it.

Hear it.

Smell it.

Whatever senses,

Sensations.

Now bring your hands from that open,

Expansive way down to your heart and bring all of that in.

Honoring.

Aligning.

Feel that gratitude in your heart.

Feel it on the deepest level because the more you feel it and honor,

It comes to fruition.

Feel the support of the mountain beneath you.

The strength all around you.

Feel the support from everything above.

Your guides all around you.

This is your time,

Beloved,

To be honored to honor.

Let yourself feel fully.

Breathe it in.

Breathe it in.

Bring it through the cells.

Bring it through your energetic body.

Exhale it out into the world.

Exhale it out into the universe.

Feeling the gratitude.

And then just bowing your beautiful head,

Your beautiful mind to your magnificent heart as a sealing in,

As an honoring,

As a connection,

As a sense of surrendering and trusting that everything works out exactly as it's meant to.

Trusting in yourself.

Trusting in the divine timing of it all.

And whenever you feel ready,

If you wanted to just be here,

You could just pause and stay here for as long as feels good.

This is now and always will be a time of honoring.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently making your way back down the mountain or in whatever way you wish,

Whatever is best for you.

Whether you run,

Roll,

Skip,

Just making your way down and feeling that forward movement.

Feeling with every step how you are directly connected between heaven and earth.

How you are fully supported between heaven and earth.

How you are whole and holy.

How you are a sacred sanctuary.

How you are held.

How you are free.

Now,

With every step.

Starting to bring that step to noticing what it feels like to have your feet touching the floor.

With every step,

Feel yourself coming back into your body.

With every step,

Coming further into your body.

With every step,

Gently moving your fingers and toes.

With every step,

A gentle stretch feels good.

Be aware of your breath.

If you're just a couple steps from the very base of the mountain.

One more step.

Before you take that,

Making a conscious decision to open your eyes and choose to feel rejuvenated and empowered and free.

One more step.

Gently opening your eyes.

Looking around your space.

Feeling the floor beneath you.

Taking a deep inhale and exhale.
