This morning meditation is to support you in setting your intentions for the day.
Let's begin in a quiet place either in your bed as you first open your eyes or early on in your day.
Gently close down your eyes or lower your gaze.
Smile and welcome this new day.
There are so many blessings and opportunities that await you today.
Let's open ourselves up to receive.
Nourish your body and mind with your breath as you awaken and align with the energy of this beautiful morning.
Sink deeper into your body and into relaxation as you welcome this new day.
There is nothing to do right now but breathe.
Now we will set your intention for this day.
What do you want to experience?
It could be presence,
Love,
Play or gratitude or any other word that comes to mind.
Trust the first thing that pops into your head as the right intention for you.
Say this word over in your mind or out loud and try it on in your body.
What does it feel like to embody this intention?
Notice and observe the sensations in your body as you say this intention in your mind.
Notice your heart opening,
Your posture shifting and aligning to this intention.
Notice the speed of your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Feel your energy as you embody this intention.
Now imagine yourself moving through the day,
Living out this intention.
Picture in your mind's eye what you are doing.
See yourself playing out this intention throughout your day.
As you do this,
Be in your body and notice how it feels.
Be your intention.
You might be exercising and feeling strong in your body.
You might be relaxing and feeling calm and peaceful.
Or you might be spending time with your family and feel the love you have for them.
See yourself achieving something miraculous and feel the pride and confidence you have in yourself.
Use all of your senses.
Notice the tone of your voice as you interact with people.
Hear the sound of your environment and your own laughter.
Feel the room temperature or the breeze on your skin.
Spend a few more moments creating this picture of your day,
Saying the intention and feeling it in your body.
Now take yourself to the end of your day when you are just about to go to sleep.
Before you drift off,
You bring to mind all the things you are grateful for from the day.
Put your awareness on your heart space and feel your heart swell with gratitude,
Open and receiving.
Picture all the things you are grateful for that have manifested throughout the day.
There may have been some challenges that you are grateful for that have helped you grow and expand as a person.
Notice all the ways your intention showed up in your day,
The synchronicities,
The people that came into your experience and how supported you felt.
You feel content and satisfied with your day.
Congratulate yourself for the way you showed up,
For the wins you created and for the difference you made to someone's life.
There is no one that can do what you do.
Now coming back to the present moment in this time and space,
Saying one last time your intention for this day.
Notice the sounds in the room where you are,
The chair or bed underneath you.
When you're there slowly open your eyes ready for the day.
