This meditation is designed to guide you on your daily journey by allowing you to set your intentions for the day. The purpose of the affirmations whilst in visualisation is for you to see that no matter what crosses your day to day path, know that you are on the journey you have set, even if obstacles show up on the way. Be kind and gentle on yourself and know that when you walk your path with love, compassion, and authenticity you will be guided to where you wish to be.

Welcome to your new day.

Make sure you're in a comfortable position with eyes closed and back straight,

Either seated with your hands gently resting on your knees or at your sides flying on your back.

Make a conscious decision to relax your body.

Let's start by taking a long,

Gentle,

Deep breath in through your nose and long,

Gentle exhales through your mouth.

Gently breathe in and exhale.

Gently breathe in and exhale.

Last time,

Gently breathe in and exhale.

Make sure that you are completely relaxed.

Now give yourself a gentle smile to give thanks and gratitude for today's path and journey and allow yourself to feel light and joyful.

Your smile is a note that your day will be filled with love no matter what crosses your path.

Now imagine a glowing ball of white light at the top of your head.

This ball of light is your core essence and beauty that is always with you.

Imagine that this light is now washing slowly over your body starting at the top of your head then over your eyes,

Your mouth and cheeks,

Your neck.

This beautiful light is now over your shoulders,

Your chest,

Stomach and hips.

Slowly washing over your thighs and your knees.

Down to your calves,

Your ankles and finally your toes.

This beautiful light is your own internal light that shines inside you always.

Now imagine yourself walking alone along a beautiful beach,

The sky is blue and clear with a gentle breeze in the air.

You can see and hear the waves turning gently beside you.

To the left of you there is a beautiful forest and you can hear the gentle song of the birds in the trees.

With each step even though you cannot see what lies ahead you can feel that you are now walking towards living the most beautiful life that you know you deserve.

Now take the time to think about how you would like your day to unfold.

Maybe have a meeting you want to do well in today.

Maybe a clear and stress-free journey to where you're going.

Thoughts of a happy new relationship.

Maybe you would just like to feel confident in the path you walk today.

Whatever your intention is for your day,

With your smile visualize this and feel in your body the joy that will overcome you as you walk your path.

Now repeat after me.

Today and every day I choose to walk the path I am meant.

With absolute love,

Gratitude,

Confidence,

Compassion and authenticity as the person I am and aspire to be.

I am beautiful,

Loving,

Kind.

I am amazing.

Today I see my world as a beautiful place.

Filled with love,

The world I see today is of my choosing.

I know that my thoughts and spoken words manifest themselves into how I see and live in my world.

Start to wiggle your toes and feel yourself coming back into the room.

Know that your day will start with clarity and that you are exactly where you need to be in your world right now.

Trusting whatever unfolds is the natural flow of your life set by your intentions and that you will make intuitive decisions to guide you on your path and where you need to be today.
