Visualizing your empowered self.
Today we focus on visualizing the life you desire and stepping into your empowered self.
This is your time to align with your thoughts and intentions with the reality that you wish to create.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes,
Relax your head,
Your shoulders,
Your belly and your hands,
And rest your hands on your belly.
Begin by observing your natural breath.
Notice its rhythm,
The gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Simply be present with your breath.
Let's begin with the 4-8 breath to center yourself and release any tension.
Breathing in for 4 and out for 8,
Into the nose,
Out through the nose,
And into the belly.
I'll count you in,

Breathe in 2,

4 and out 2,

8.
Breathe in 2,
3,
4 and out 2,
3,

Breathe in 2,

Continue with this breath sequence,
Breathing in for 4 and out for 8,
Into the nose,
Out of the nose,
And into your belly.
Continue this breath sequence for a few rounds.
Now let go of the counting and allow your breath to flow naturally,
Slowing the exhale longer than the inhale.
Feel the ease and space that this creates within you.
And as your breath flows steadily,
Bring to mind the life that you desire.
Picture yourself already living this reality.
See yourself surrounded by everything and everyone that you wish to manifest.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Imagine your breath as a warm light flowing into the heart,
Filling it with the energy of this new reality.
Let this light grow brighter and brighter with each inhale,
Expanding throughout your body.
And with each exhale,
Release any remaining doubts or fears and let them dissolve into the warmth of your breath.
Picture yourself moving through your day as this empowered version of yourself.
Notice how you stand,
How you speak and how you feel.
Imagine embodying this version of you fully,
With confidence,
Ease and joy.
Say to yourself silently or aloud,
I am already living my desired reality.
My heart radiates love and possibility.
Feel the loving emotion of this belief settling into your heart space,
Radiating outward with warmth and light.
And let this energy align you with the life that you're creating.
Continuing to breathe slow,
Low and deep into your belly.
