In this exploration, we intentionally bring the vibration of peace into our field of awareness. Basically, we are meditating this word into our body using a technique that is a variation on yoga nidra. The Sanskrit word for peace is Shanti - feel the vibration of this in your body and see how it attunes to you - if it doesn't feel right use the English word. Feel all the layers of your body and mind attune to and become peace/Shanti. I truly hope you enjoy feeling your own peace.
