This sacred teaching is an invitation to rest in not-knowing and to release the deeply conditioned habit of control. Through gentle guidance and embodied awareness, you are led back to the simplicity of breath, presence, and moment-by-moment surrender. Like floating on a river, this transmission reminds you that peace arises not from effort, but from softening. The background soundscape is white noise with a gentle river flowing.

Welcome to your sacred teaching.

This piece is called Floating on the River of Life.

It is okay to not know.

It is natural for a human being to not understand the larger fabric of life.

Can you trust that all is as it should be?

Can you trust that the path to peace within you is the simplest route?

Isn't it simple to just be in the moment?

Isn't it simple to respond as the moment unfolds?

Breath,

Following breath,

Step.

We all know the teaching of surrender.

And now it is time to take hold.

It is time to unlearn deep conditioning of control,

Of planning,

Of doing all the things all the time.

Just stop.

It is now time to float.

To let the river of life carry you.

The water may be calm.

The water may be rough.

Don't steer.

Stop fighting.

Continue to soften into every moment you consciously experience.

Become aware and soften.

Notice your breath and soften.

Feel your body and soften.

We cannot float unless we are relaxed so gently on the surface of the water.

All you are being asked to know is how soft you can become.

Softer in your body,

In your mind.

The current on the river of life is divine intelligence.

The current is God,

However you understand that to be.

Let God carry you,

Support you,

Hold you.
