Hello and welcome to your 10 minute daily body image booster.
This is your time now for yourself to completely relax.
So find somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed and allow yourself to let go completely for the next 10 minutes or so.
No matter what your day has brought to you so far,
In this moment,
Right now,
You can close your eyes and let go of any stress or tension.
There are no expectations or demands being placed upon you here.
You are free.
Free to be you and free to relax.
Because relaxing in this way gives your body and your mind the rest that it needs and deserves.
Allowing you to function much more easily in the outside world and to improve the way that you view yourself and your body.
So to begin,
Just take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And just imagine that with every exhale you're breathing away any stress,
Any tension.
Simply breathe it all away,
Any pressure,
Any worries.
Just let it all go now.
Allow yourself to let go.
To relax.
To be completely in this moment.
Because right now,
In this moment,
Nobody's wanting anything from you.
Nobody's needing anything from you.
All is well in the outside world.
And this is your special time.
And you deserve to dedicate this special time completely to you.
And so still focusing on your breathing.
You can just allow the gentle whispering sounds to wash over you completely.
Flowing through every muscle.
From the top of your head,
Right down to the tips of your toes.
Allow the beautiful music to carry a gentle softness through every single part of you.
Notice if you're holding any tension around your head,
Your neck and shoulders,
Your belly.
Just let it all go now.
Relax.
You are allowed to relax.
Give yourself permission to really enjoy this special time that you have to yourself.
Because you are important.
And you absolutely deserve this special time out.
And you can become aware now of how you're feeling.
How are you feeling about yourself today?
Have you been loving you and your body?
Or have you noticed that harsh inner critic telling you that you're not good enough in some way?
Perhaps criticizing you for not having a perfect body.
But just be aware of those critical thoughts for a moment.
You don't have to judge them in any way,
But just realize that those thoughts stem from old conditioning.
They aren't real.
They are simply mistaken beliefs.
And mistaken beliefs can easily be changed.
And today,
Right now,
You can choose to let them go.
You can choose to be free.
Free within yourself.
Happy with who you are.
And how you look.
So with every exhale,
Just breathe away those old conditioned thoughts that no longer serve you.
Let them go.
Because you have all of the power and resources within you that you need to choose to think about your body in a positive way.
Focus now for a few moments on all of the things that you love about your body.
Your unique physical qualities that make you the wonderfully unique woman that you are.
And then go deeper and feel grateful and thankful to your body.
For how wonderfully it works.
How all of the systems within your body work so naturally.
The rhythm of your breath.
How your heart beats with no conscious effort from you at all.
Right now your body is working wonderfully.
Really appreciating the beautiful miracle that is you.
And you can spend some quality time here appreciating this miracle that is your body.
Whilst you listen to the following affirmations that will help you.
To love you and your body.
You may even like to choose one affirmation that stands out for you and use it as your mantra for the rest of your day.
As it helps you to feel so much more positive about your body.

And as I count up from one to five you can just start to come back to the room.
So that when I reach the number five you can open your eyes feeling wide awake.
And ready to continue the rest of your day.
Beginning with one,
Bringing your awareness back to your body now.
Two,
Starting to come all the way back.
Three,
Feeling calm and relaxed,
Bringing all of those pleasant feelings back with you.
As four,
You start to wake up now opening your eyes.
And five,
Open your eyes now wide awake,
Back to the room and ready to continue with the rest of your day.
