Welcome to attitude of gratitude.
Allow your body to rest,
Close your eyes when you're ready and make yourself comfortable.
Breathe deeply and slowly for a while.
Focus into the heart now.
Place your fingertips over your heart center if you wish.
And breathe in love and light.
As you breathe in,
Awaken the heart chakra with a beautiful green energy.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe life into the rest of the body,
Opening up the rest of the energetic centers.
The physical and spiritual heart is already such a gift,
A true miracle and something we can be in awe of and grateful for.
When we are grateful,
We open up to pure consciousness,
Abundance and infinite creativity.
Gratitude eradicates anger as we can't really be both at the same time.
So every morning wake up with an attitude of gratitude and you will notice the benefits throughout your day.
So ask yourself right now,
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
Sit with the feelings that arise for a few moments.
Perhaps special or magical moments or people come into your mind's eye.
Immerse yourself in this experience,
All that you are grateful for.
Every cell is vibrating as you focus on this sense of gratitude,
Finding deep peace in this experience.
While you continue to celebrate the awesomeness of life,
I will repeat the following affirmations which enhance positive feelings of thanks.
I open up to the beauty of the moment and the beauty of life.
I am at one with myself and the oneness of the universe.
I acknowledge all that is good in my life right now.
