Allyson Beetham

Ally is a United States-based yoga, meditation, and sound practitioner focused on making yoga accessible to all while encouraging each student to honor their individual needs. She also focuses on teaching from a lens that is accessible and culturally informed to counter the oppressive roots of yoga and expand these practices out toward the broader community. She is a 500-hour certified, trauma-informed yoga instructor with a focus on creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for healing and self-discovery. She also is a certified sound healer. Her teaching integrates mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and yogic philosophy to support students both on and off the mat. With a passion for mental health and holistic well-being, Ally believes in the transformative power of yoga and meditation, drawing from both evidence-based practices and her own lived experience. Whether guiding a gentle restorative class, an energizing flow, or a meditation practice, Ally's goal is to help students cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and a deeper connection with themselves.
