I invite you to find a comfortable seat for our morning meditation.

This can be in your chair.

You could still be lying in bed anywhere as long as you're comfortable.

We're going to start with bringing a gentle awareness into our breath.

Just taking notice on its natural rhythm,

How it ebbs and flows,

How the belly rises and falls with each breath.

And on our next intentional breaths,

We're going to breathe deep into the belly.

Breathing in,

Belly rise,

Exhale,

Belly falls.

Inhale,

Belly rise,

Exhale,

Belly falls.

Inhale,

Belly rise,

Exhale,

Belly falls.

On our next set of an intentional breaths,

We're going to visualize our breaths coming in and penetrating each and every cell of our body with renewing clean oxygen.

This breath is invigorating,

It gives us energy,

And on our exhale,

We're going to be releasing any of those worries of our day that may be coming up,

Those to-do lists that just keep getting longer,

Maybe even stagnant energy from our sleep.

So we'll take a moment now,

We'll do three intentional breaths with these visualizations.

So breathing deep in through the nose,

Feeling that energy penetrate all of our cells,

Softening our internal organs,

And exhaling out all those cares,

Those worries,

Those stresses that we don't want to bring into our day.

Breathing in and exhaling out.

And one more deep intentional breath,

Allowing ourselves to fall back into natural rhythm of breath.

I invite you now to bring in an intention for the day.

This intention can be clarity and focus,

To get the tasks done that need to happen for the day.

It could be love and compassion for yourself or for others,

Whatever your intention may be for the day.

I invite you to bring that not only into your mind but into your heart center.

Bringing your hands up to your heart center,

We're gonna breathe into that intention.

Breathing into the heart,

Into that intention,

And exhaling it out into the world,

Giving it life,

Giving it energy.

We'll do this two more times.

Holding that intention in your heart,

We're going to breathe into that intention,

Exhaling it out into the world.

And one more time,

And exhaling it out.

Allowing ourselves to just sit in this warmth that we have created,

This feeling of gratitude that is surrounding us.

We sit in this feeling,

We breathe into it and absorb it.

And we exhale to share that feeling of warmth and gratitude out to the universe.

We share that with our loved ones,

We share that with those that we come in contact with throughout our day.

Bringing our hands to the prayer position at our heart,

Just for a moment we sit in quiet.

I thank you all for joining me today.

Thank you.

Gentle way to start your day. Great energy shifts from this and a slow, nurturing ramp up of your intention for the day. Stay wild, Holly
