My day is complete.

I honour all that has unfolded,

The moments of ease and the moments of learning.

With each exhale I release what no longer needs to be carried.

My body softens,

My breath deepens as I allow myself to pause.

I am safe to rest and I am grateful for the wisdom gained in the clarity that is returning.

As I surrender to the stillness of night,

I trust that my body knows and embraces how to restore.
