We are stepping into our power today so that you can attract your dream students who are ready to sign up for your paid offerings.

So stick around,

That's what we're talking about today.

I'm going to be sharing three actionable steps that you can take now so that you can start to become magnetic to your followers and turn them into your future retreat guests down the road,

Okay?

I know that you are feeling that call and you want something more and you want to be leading these transformational events around the world and you want to be filling your workshops in an authentic way without giving all of your energy away or feeling drained from social media and that kind of thing.

We want to shift that to feeling empowered.

So we're diving into a powerful topic here today and I know that this will resonate with many of you and if you are feeling called to step up to your full potential as a yoga business owner or as a healing business owner,

I'm going to be sharing three common ways that you might have been holding yourself back in the past from filling your workshops and retreats.

So if you've started to offer these types of things on your own independently,

Maybe you have had a little bit of trouble in the past filling them.

I know that I've been there as well and we're going to move through that with confidence and power.

So I'm also then going to be sharing three actionable steps with you that you can take to shine and stand in your power and attract the students who are not only going to be following you but they're going to be excited to work with you and willing to pay for your future hire ticket offerings like retreats so that you can build a sustainable long-term business working solely for yourself and it is possible,

Trust me.

And I can tell you that it is possible because I am leading retreats around the world,

I am receiving consistent passive income all from my healing business and mindset was a big piece.

So we got to talk about the mindset.

Let's get into it.

I want to first share what I've seen in the past with a lot of my clients when they come to me like my one-on-one clients and those who join my courses.

They're looking for guidance to make consistent income and maybe you can see yourself in this place as well.

Maybe these three things sound kind of familiar to you.

The first thing that I'm seeing is that they are not owning their expertise.

Okay,

Many yoga teachers,

Many healers feel like they need all of the certifications,

They need to do all of the trainings,

They need all the experience before they're quote-unquote good enough to lead a workshop on their own or to launch and fill a retreat.

They are undervaluing the wealth of knowledge that they already have and this is going to make them hesitant to promote their offerings or charge what they're worth.

So maybe that's something that you might be feeling that could be happening for you or could have happened in the past.

Another thing that I'm seeing is there's this fear of being like too salesy and I remember feeling this way too.

This is so common.

This comes up a lot and often yoga teachers will shy away from marketing themselves,

So self-promotion because they don't want to come off as pushy,

They don't want to come off as inauthentic,

But the thing is that you can absolutely sell from a place of service.

This is what I want you to consider,

Okay?

It's about shifting your mindset from I'm selling to I'm serving and this is when you really need to believe what is possible for you and believe in the offerings that you are sharing.

If you really feel that what you are sharing is valuable and you should feel that because you've done all the trainings,

You have all the experience,

If you feel it's valuable then you're going to be selling from a place of service and you're going to be more authentic about selling and it feels weird at first,

Okay?

And then the other thing that I'm seeing a lot is lacking clarity of who your ideal student is and we talked about this in the masterclass a little bit last week.

Many teachers,

Yoga teachers,

Healers,

You want to appeal to everyone,

Right?

You want to be accessible to all and this is just making your message watered down.

It doesn't mean that you can't bring anyone into your sessions,

Right?

But when you're not crystal clear on,

Especially around your marketing,

Like who your ideal student is and what problem you're solving for them,

It's going to be way harder to create offerings that are going to resonate deeply and stand out and this is going to lead to you probably struggling to fill your classes,

Your workshops,

Your retreats because your message is not speaking directly to the people who need it most,

Okay?

We need to be super clear on that.

I know it can feel kind of confusing and challenging to just choose one focus but you have to remember that your niche is a living breathing thing.

I know for me,

Mine has changed and evolved over the years as I have.

Alright,

So let's get to the steps that you can take to step into your power,

Alright?

We're gonna shift into some empowering solutions because you are absolutely capable of filling your paid offerings at your retreats,

Your workshops,

Your one-to-one packages with students who are excited to work with you,

Okay?

These are three steps to help you step into your power as a yoga or healing business owner.

The first step is owning your unique voice and experience.

So we've talked about this over the last couple of weeks but you need to stop comparing yourself to others in your field,

Other yoga teachers or other healers,

Whatever it is.

Your journey,

Your voice and your style are what make you unique and this is how you're going to stand out by being authentic.

You need to embrace the experience and all of that wisdom,

All of that knowledge that you already have and start showing up online,

Sharing that wisdom and building the trust and you need to trust that the right students are going to connect with what it is that you're offering.

You do not need more certifications in order to be ready or to be enough.

I'm just gonna say it,

I love teacher trainings as much as the next yoga teacher.

I know in my first couple of years of teaching I took all the teacher trainings and still felt like I was not enough,

Not ready and I think it's nice to do a teacher training once in a while but you don't have to just keep stacking them on top of each other.

You have to also work through the mindset blocks that are holding you back from stepping into your power.

Okay the next step is for you to reframe sales as service.

So we touched on this already,

When you're offering a retreat,

A workshop or a one-to-one package,

Whatever it is,

Think about the transformation that you are giving your students.

Your offerings are not just a transaction,

Right?

It's not just about the money,

They're a gift of healing,

They're a gift of growth,

Of peace.

So think about it,

If you can shift from selling to serving,

You're gonna find it so much easier to promote your offerings authentically and with confidence.

The final step that I have for you is to get laser-focused on who your ideal student is.

What is your niche?

Take the time and define that.

Who are they?

What are their struggles?

What transformation are they looking for?

Once you are super clear on this,

Every piece of content that you create and every offering that you design will speak directly to those people and they're going to know that your workshop is the right one for them.

When your message resonates,

You're naturally going to attract students who are excited to invest in themselves through your work.

I know that many of you are multi-passionate,

I am too.

You can teach different modalities but you want to have one specific problem that you are solving through those different modalities.

This makes all the difference when it comes to filling your paid offerings.

Trust me,

This is how I really started to sell out my retreats and my courses especially.

I know some of you took the masterclass and learned a little bit more about that and I'll be sharing more in the near future but the passive income that I've started to receive is really because I got super specific on who my niche was and created the content and offerings for them.
