Big shifts are on the horizon,

And I think you're feeling it too.

So stay with me today if you are feeling connected to being really at a powerful point in your journey as a yoga teacher or as a healer.

I know that you've already spent many years,

Hundreds of hours,

Growing your craft through different trainings and sharing your healing gifts with the world,

And you have truly built something special.

And I know that now so many of you are feeling that call to step up.

You're ready for more.

You're ready to step into a new era of your business.

And in the past,

Maybe you have been holding yourself back a little bit.

Maybe you have moved through some fear of failure or of feeling seen or not being good enough.

But recently,

I've been talking to many of you,

And I can tell there's something in the air.

There's this shift happening,

And you might be one of these people who has made the decision to step up and make some big changes with your yoga or your healing business.

So you've realized that if you want different results,

You need to start taking different actions.

And I want to talk about how you can do that today.

I know that it can be hard to feel like you're putting yourself out there,

Like to feel comfortable with that.

And you're probably already trying to sell workshops,

Trying to sell retreats,

And you might be seeing little to no return right now or in the past couple of months,

Couple of years.

You've probably been spending hours planning these transformational experiences,

These workshops,

These retreats,

These teacher trainings,

And creating content to share with your community.

But they still aren't filling up,

And you expected more.

So I know that that's a tough place to be.

I've been there as well.

That's why I want to touch on what's happening,

This big shift that's happening inside of you,

Because I've been there too.

And it's a signal that something needs to shift as far as your strategy and your mindset goes.

So I know that you are feeling the call to step up and make that shift.

So let's talk about what might have firstly been happening to you in the past.

And these are reflections that I get from my clients,

My one-on-one clients.

These are things that I've been through as well when I started growing my yoga and healing business four years ago,

Four to five years ago.

You have probably been focusing a lot of time,

A lot of energy on selling the features of your workshops or your retreats.

You might have seen me talking about this recently.

And you're thinking about the logistics.

You're sharing the details.

You're sharing the location,

The dates,

How many things are included,

The meals,

All of that kind of stuff.

And well,

Sure,

That stuff's important.

People do want to know that.

But your potential dream students are not signing up for these features.

They're signing up for the transformation that you are providing them.

We need to get really clear on that messaging.

They're signing up because they want the deeper experience that you can give them,

The growth,

The healing,

And the awakening,

Right?

They want to feel seen.

They want to feel held and empowered by you.

And that's what your marketing needs to reflect.

And I know many of you out there,

You have these incredible offerings that you are putting out into the world already,

Or you have the dreams of what you want to be offering.

But the marketing is not matching.

It's really not showing the true transformation.

And you're really not speaking to the right people who are ready for that transformation.

So you might be feeling like you're kind of stuck.

You're selling to the same people over and over without any new interest.

But maybe you've even started to question whether this is the right step for you,

Whether you're doing the right thing.

But here's the thing.

You are absolutely meant to be this healer,

This teacher,

And to create these transformational events,

Okay?

You need to remember that and remind yourself of that.

What's missing here is the shift in how you're showing up and sharing your message.

So at some point,

We all reach a moment where we realize that we can't do it all alone.

I know I've been there.

I tried to grow my business on my own for the first year,

And I had no idea what I was doing.

No business experience,

No experience as an entrepreneur.

This was my reality four years ago.

And I was wondering,

How am I going to fill these workshops?

I was not filling them.

I was passionate about what I was offering.

I knew it had value,

But I just didn't know.

I didn't understand what it took,

What strategies I should put in place in order to get the right people into my workshops and retreats.

So for me,

Everything changed when I invested in learning from someone who had already been where I was.

And I found a mentor who was walking the walk,

Walking the path,

And could show me where my blind spots were,

Where my promotional strategy was missing the mark,

And what I needed to do to actually start attracting the right students.

And when you open yourself up to learning,

When you're ready to hear about the gaps in your approach and make the right changes,

That's when you start seeing real results.

So I know that you're tired of trying to sell in the same way to the same people with no results or little results,

Just scraping by,

And you're ready for something different.

So let's talk about how we can shift the mindset and move forward with this new energy.

And I know that if you are listening to this,

I know you've already made a crucial decision.

You've decided to prioritize the growth of your business for the long haul.

You're not willing to settle for just getting by.

You believe deep down that it is possible to fill your workshops and your retreats with students who are a perfect fit to work with you.

They're a perfect fit for what you're already offering.

You're ready to invite in more income streams,

Like setting up a passive income stream or creating a group program,

Maybe refining the group programs that you already have,

And inviting in more time and energy for your own self-care,

Your own wellness,

And your own joy.

And when you have the right offerings and you know how to market them to the right people,

This will start to give you that freedom,

The time freedom,

The location freedom,

If that's what you're looking for,

And the financial freedom so that you really can take better care of yourself.

This is where your courage comes into play.

And because growth does not happen without action,

It doesn't happen without stepping outside of your comfort zone.

I've talked about this recently.

And really showing up as the CEO of your healing business.

You need to think of yourself as a CEO of your business.

And yes,

You're a healer or a yoga teacher,

But you're also a business owner and you're ready to start thinking and acting like one.

So I want to talk about stepping into that CEO role and how to start taking action today,

Inspired action,

So that you can show up as the leader and the expert that you already are.

Because I know you've done all the trainings.

I know you know how to help people.

I know you know what you're talking about.

So let's start to make a few little shifts.

And the first step I want you to consider is really stepping in to own your expertise.

Okay,

First you need to own the expertise because you've spent all of these years honing your skills,

Studying,

Showing up for your practice,

Showing up for your students.

You know deep down inside that you are an expert in this space.

You have life experience and training experience and it's time to start showing up like that expert.

So stop waiting for permission to call yourself a leader.

I'm giving you permission right now.

No one else is going to crown you the expert.

And another teacher training or extra time in your daily practice is not what's going to get you there.

You need to claim that role for yourself.

And when you believe in your expertise,

Others are going to start to believe as well.

And that's when you're really going to start to see a shift in the type of clientele that you're calling in,

The type of students that are signing up for your offerings.

The next step is to get visible.

You know I talk about this a lot because I'm still seeing many of you who are kind of hiding behind the camera,

Creating the Canva content,

Writing the blogs.

You know that's part of it,

But you need to show your true self.

You need to step in and actually show yourself on social media and share your story.

So you might have been worried in the past about judgment or rejection,

But you probably understand now that you have to put yourself out there if you want to attract the right people,

Your ideal students.

And that means showing up consistently on platforms where your ideal student is hanging out.

So for you that could be here on Instagram,

That could be somewhere else on social media,

Maybe it's in live events if you're looking at doing more live stuff,

And maybe it's on your email list.

Wherever it is for you,

That's where you need to show up.

Where are your ideal students connecting with you?

Where are they hanging out?

Share your story,

Share your why,

Share your vision.

And when you do show up authentically,

Your audience is going to connect with you.

They're going to feel that connection and that's when they'll start to trust you enough to invest in your offerings like your workshops,

Your retreats.

And then the final step I have is to embrace a long-term growth mindset.

All right,

So taking aligned action.

You can't just sit back and wait for things to happen.

You need to take steps every day,

Even little steps each day,

Consistent action that will move your business forward.

Having success in your business is not going to happen overnight and I'm not a mentor who is going to tell you to take a magic pill and you'll make a million dollars.

That has not been my journey,

But I've learned a lot over the last four years around what actually does work and what does not work.

And it's important for you to stay the course.

Keep your eye on that long-term vision,

Okay?

Showing up consistently,

Even on the days when it might feel a little bit like no one is watching or people aren't engaging with your content.

It's about building trust over time with your audience,

Okay?

Progress might feel a little bit slower at first,

But that effect,

That compound effect of your consistent actions will lead to actual lasting results.

So looking at the long term,

That big vision.

Trust that every step that you take is bringing you closer to the vision that you are holding for your business.

And I hope you have a clear vision,

A clear dream.

Even if you can't see it happening in the moment,

Even if you can't see huge shifts every day,

You need to hold that vision and trust that you're making your way there.

This might mean for you that it's refining your offers or your messaging,

Reworking your promotional strategy,

Or getting the support that you need to finally break through the barriers that have been holding you back.

So I want you to ask yourself,

What action can I take today that will align me with the vision I have for my business?

What action can I take today that will align me with the vision I have for my business?

We're all about small steps here,

So I know that you've made the decision that you're ready for something bigger,

And now it's just about stepping into that courageous CEO role and showing up in a way that reflects you as the leader that you are,

The healer,

The business owner that you are.

You're here to serve,

To transform,

And it's always important to remember that the world needs you.

The world needs our healing right now.

So let's step up and offer it in a way that is tangible and relatable,

And you don't have to do it alone.
