Body Sense Meditation
When we are stressed or overwhelmed, we can get really stuck in our head and ruminating thoughts. One way to get out of your head, is to get into your body. You can shift your thoughts through moving your body but you can also do this through stillness. Try this meditation to unwind your mind and relax and be present in body.
