Let's start with a deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale out of your mouth.
Now take your hands and place them just above your collarbones.
We're going to do very light strokes from the outside of above the collarbone to the inside.
Very light,
Like the touch of a feather.
Breathe deep.
Now lightly tap this area with your fingertips all along above the collarbone.
Nice.
Now take your hands.
Make these fingers and place them just below your ears.
And gently glide your hands down from below the ears.
To above the collarbone.
Again,
A very gentle light touch here.
And now you can tap this area to extra light with your fingertips.
Now place your hands just underneath your armpits and give this area a nice massage too.
Keep the breath smooth and deep and long.
And tap this area as well.
Now place your hands on your belly,
One above the other,
And begin to make circular light motions in a clockwise direction.
Great,
Now place your hands just below your hip area and lightly slide your hands over this area too.
And last one,
Place your hands right behind your knees.
And begin to lightly massage and rub this area.
And now you can lightly tap it too.
Great,
Let's do that once more,
This time with affirmation.
So just follow my movement.
I release what is no longer mine to carry.

My body knows how to let go.

Making space for new energy to flow.
