Affirmations are powerful.

They help us anchor into new beliefs,

Rewire our thoughts and shift our energy.

But sometimes when we're stretching into something bigger,

Affirmations can feel like a bit of a leap,

Like we're trying to convince ourselves of something we don't fully believe yet.

And this is where what-if comes in.

What-if is a doorway.

It invites curiosity instead of resistance.

It doesn't demand any belief.

It simply opens up a new space for possibility.

So instead of saying,

I am confident,

You could try,

What if I'm more confident than I realize?

Instead of,

Everything is always working out for me,

You could try,

What if everything is already falling into place?

You see the difference?

There's no pressure,

No forcing,

Just an invitation for your mind to explore something greater.

I use this technique myself and I've had some really magical,

Incredible results,

So I recommend you try it out for yourself.

Let's try it together now.

Take a deep,

Slow,

Nourishing breath in.

And exhale all the breath out of your body.

As you breathe naturally,

Just close your eyes if you'd like and let these questions land.

Try not to think of an answer,

But instead feel into your answer in your body,

In your energy.

So repeat these in your minds after me and then choose to see what comes up and what you feel.

What if today I receive the most incredible news?

What if today I feel more alive,

Inspired and energized than ever before?

What if the answer I've been searching for suddenly becomes clear?

What if I meet someone today who changes my life in the best way possible?

What if a small action I take today leads to something extraordinary?

What if today was the best day yet?

This is the magic of what if.

It expands your mind,

It shifts your energy and it reminds you that anything is possible.

So you can carry this with you today,

You can do it as a daily practice,

But if doubt starts to creep in,

Just stop,

Take a breath and ask yourself,

What if I'm exactly where I'm meant to be?
