Before the day gets busy, take a moment to arrive. This is a gentle morning visualisation I love coming back to when I want to start the day feeling warm, grounded, and open. We’ll work with breath, light, and simple imagery, imagining the morning sun to relax the body, awaken your energy, and invite in a natural sense of gratitude. As you listen, you may notice your shoulders soften, your chest open, and your mood quietly lift, like stepping into sunlight after shade. Carry that warmth with you and let it move with you through the day. Have the most beautiful day.

Transcript

Take a moment to get really comfortable.

You can be sitting or lying down.

And gently close your eyes.

Begin by imagining the morning sun,

Low in the sky,

Soft and golden.

Picture the sunlight now,

Perhaps pouring through a window and warming the space around you.

Now imagine the sunlight touching your skin.

Feel it on your face first.

And across your forehead,

Your cheeks.

Let your jaw soften a little as the warmth settles there.

Feel the sunlight pour down your neck like warm honey.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Breathe in the golden sunbeams with a deep inhale through your nose.

And exhale out of your mouth.

Let the sunlight flow down your chest as you feel the warmth spread across your heart.

Notice the energy beginning to build as the sunlight flows down your arms and hands into your fingertips.

Down through your belly.

Into your hips and legs.

All the way down to the soles of your feet.

Your whole body is bathed in this morning sun,

Bright and radiant.

Notice what this warmth and light brings with it,

A natural sense of gratitude and appreciation for being here.

For your body and your breath and all your blessings.

For the chance to get to experience another day.

Let that gratitude spread with the light filling your heart and whole body.

Now imagine the sunlight growing a little stronger and brighter.

Take a deeper breath in now.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the sunlight moving beyond you,

Radiating out from your skin.

Like a warmth you can't help but give off.

Picture the space around you filling with this golden light,

The room becoming brighter.

Anyone nearby will feel it,

That familiar feeling of a sunny morning.

Let the light travel further,

Into the places you'll go today.

To the people you'll meet,

Arriving before you do.

Take one more breath in,

Gathering all that warmth and light.

And as you exhale,

Beam it outwards.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry the sun and the smile with you,

Let the day feel bright.

And have the most beautiful day.
