Breathe in the golden sunbeams with a deep inhale through your nose.
And exhale out of your mouth.
Let the sunlight flow down your chest as you feel the warmth spread across your heart.
Notice the energy beginning to build as the sunlight flows down your arms and hands into your fingertips.
Down through your belly.
Into your hips and legs.
All the way down to the soles of your feet.
Your whole body is bathed in this morning sun,
Bright and radiant.
Notice what this warmth and light brings with it,
A natural sense of gratitude and appreciation for being here.
For your body and your breath and all your blessings.
For the chance to get to experience another day.
Let that gratitude spread with the light filling your heart and whole body.
Now imagine the sunlight growing a little stronger and brighter.
Take a deeper breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Imagine the sunlight moving beyond you,
Radiating out from your skin.
Like a warmth you can't help but give off.
Picture the space around you filling with this golden light,
The room becoming brighter.
Anyone nearby will feel it,
That familiar feeling of a sunny morning.
Let the light travel further,

To the people you'll meet,
Arriving before you do.
Take one more breath in,
Gathering all that warmth and light.
