Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Alice.
I will be leading you through some short breathing exercises and then a golden suns guided meditation.
It should take roughly 4 minutes.
And at the end I will be leaving some opportunity for you to have some quiet time for contemplation and reflection.
Find somewhere that's comfortable and just wriggle your shoulders and you may gently turn your attention inwards and close your eyes.
And we're going to count from 4 down to 0.
Taking some deep breaths in as you breathe in,
Say breathe in calm,
Breathe out peace.
Breathe in calm,
Breathe out peace.

Breathe out peace.
And if you'd like to take your hands and just move them up,
Bring your hands above your shoulders,
Above your head,
Put your hands together and then just have your hands hovering above your forehead and this will be your crown.
And we're going to let our hands receive all the wonderful warmth from the golden sun.
It's going to fill up our body with all this positive and radiant energy which is now absorbed from every cell in our body.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And the warmth from the sun is reaching from our fingertips all the way down through our body into our toes.
And we are walking in alignment with our true self and whatever actions we take,
We're taking these actions with integrity and whatever we do,
We're doing them with full intent that this is what we want to do.
There is a good reason for us to be doing this.
And whatever actions we do,
We're doing them using the enthusiasm and energy that we have within our body.
We're full of radiance,
Full of joy and we're living our life in abundance.
And now let your hands drop to your side and just wriggle your shoulders,
Wriggle your fingers,
Wriggle your toes.
Just take another deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And one more.
Deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And when you're ready you may gently open your eyes.
