Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation.
This will take roughly seven to eight minutes and it's an opportunity to reflect and take the time out to ponder your values,
Your vision and to set your intentions for the day,
The next day and beyond.
And when the guided meditation has come to a close,
I invite you to stay on so that you can take some time for quiet reflection,
Quiet meditation and contemplation and I will provide some birdsong,
The sounds of the birds in the background for you.
I'd like to find some real comfortable and gently turn your attention inwards and close your eyes.
And we'll just take a few breaths,
Deep breaths in,
Counting from three down to zero.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out calm.
Two.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out calm.
One.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out calm.
And take a few more breaths in.
And as you're breathing,
You can take the time now to set your intentions for the next day.
And what is important to you to prioritize for the day?
And a few more deep breaths in.
And deep breath out.
I'm living in the moment.
I'm living in the present.
I appreciate all that is around me.
I'm committed 100%.
I'm full of joy and laughter.
I have energy.
I'm dedicated.
I'm a joy to be around.
And I take pleasure in the company of my loved ones.
I appreciate my surroundings.
I am patient and kind.
And I take the time.
I am loved.
And I am generous.
I'm efficient with my time.
And set my boundaries.
And I am respected.
I treat those around me with dignity and respect.
And I am loved and appreciated.
I empower.
And I facilitate growth.
I serve.
And I serve with all my love,
Utilizing my gifts and my talents.
And I'm living my life in abundance.
I'm living my life fully.
I live knowing that with everything I do,
I give it my best.
I try my best.
I accomplish my best.
And I have no regrets.
Because I'm confident that the choices I make are the right choices.
The right choices for me and the right choices for those whom I love.
I dedicate myself 100% giving it everything that I have.
And I truly appreciate the love and warmth that I share with my loved ones.
And I live my days with a smile on my face and I'm so happy to be where I am right now.
And with these memories that I'm making,
These are days and memories that I will treasure and look back at with great fondness.
And just take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And wriggle your fingers and toes.
