An energetic process protocol to assist you in falling asleep easily and staying asleep all night long.

We invite you to take a deep breath in to close your eyes,

Pull yourself into your divine line river of light front of spine,

To use your exhale to ground and anchor into your divine line on the front of the body's spine,

To now invite your body to use its breath,

Its conscious awareness,

Energetic awareness to pull its energy and awareness into its divine line that runs through the spine,

The spinal cord,

To use its exhale to ground.

As you and your body hold your energy and awareness in your divine line and you're lying down,

You soul rider,

Take a moment to let yourself sink onto the front of the spine,

Dropping deeper onto the front of the spine,

Relaxing,

Using your higher self to pull all of your energy into your divine line,

Off of the arms and the legs and the back of the body and just into your divine line river of light front of spine.

You soul rider,

Encouraging your body to emanate your spirit at the level of its higher self to infuse the vibration of its energy into its arms,

Its legs,

Its belly,

Its back,

Only place your body will not be is the front of its spine where your divine line runs.

As you sink onto the front of the body to the spine and your body infuses the vibration of its essence into its arms,

Its legs,

Its belly,

Filling itself up with itself,

We invite you at the level of your higher self to balance your electrical and your magnetic energy in your entire divine cosmic loop,

Taking a deep breath in,

Inviting some energetic aspect of you to balance the electrical and the magnetic energy in your divine cosmic loop to expand your magnetics,

Your roots,

Go from the waist down and loop all the way back behind you.

Take a moment for you soul rider to imagine big magnetics,

Big roots going down,

Grounding you in your very own unique way.

As you soul rider do this work,

We invite your body to emanate your spirit at the level of its higher self to work with its energetic fields and the guides to expand its magnetics,

Its roots in its own unique way,

Recognizing that often when we are engaged in a spiritual practice meditation,

We are expanding the electrical grids,

The limbs of the tree and we need to hold a conscious awareness,

Being in a place of stillness in your divine line,

Encouraging your body to feel a calm current flowing in its divine line,

Encouraging your body to feel into its roots,

Its magnetics like a tree dropping the energy down into its roots,

Grounding,

Moving into a place of even deeper calm.
