An energetic meditation to support you in sleeping deeply with a quiet mind,

Holding space for your body to deeply rest,

Restore,

And reconnect.

We invite you to take a deep breath in,

Pull your energy and awareness into this present breath of now,

As you use your exhale to ground into the present moment.

As you lay down,

We invite you to close your eyes and to take a few deep breaths into your belly.

With each breath,

Relax the body,

Breathing in,

Relaxing the shoulders with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your mid back with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing the belly with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing the low back with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing the hips,

The pelvis with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your thighs with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your knees with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your calves with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your feet with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your head with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your arms with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Relaxing your hands with the exhale,

Breathing in,

Allowing for the whole body to relax,

To let go,

To rest,

To sleep.

As you,

The soul rider,

Use the body's breath to pull yourself into your divine line,

That river of light that flows up and down the front of your spine,

Pulling yourself deep into your divine line,

And inviting some energetic aspect of you,

Your higher self,

To use your energy fields to pull all of your energy,

Your awareness,

Your focus,

Into your divine line on the front of the body's spine,

Inviting some energetic aspect of you to firmly attach,

Ground onto the front of the spine,

Then inviting your higher self to activate a vibration of quiet and calm in your divine line,

To move into an energetic stillness in your divine line so that you,

The soul rider,

Hold a very quiet space inside yourself as your body sleeps around you,

Taking a few more deep breaths to settle onto the front of the spine,

To move into a place of stillness and quiet in your divine line.

And as you do,

We invite your body to use its higher self,

Its energetic fields,

To reference a dimension that is quiet and calm,

Restorative,

Safe,

And is an energetic space where your body can sleep deeply,

Deeply rest,

Reweave its energetic fabric,

Retrieve its resources,

Retrieve its life force,

Retrieve its creative energy,

Retrieve its anchors,

Retrieve its support,

To re-nourish itself in this other dimension where your body is safe,

Where your body feels connected to the nature kingdom,

Where there is magic,

Where there is flow,

Where there is freedom,

Where there is calm,

Where there is joy,

Where there is purity,

Where there is beauty.

For you,

Soul rider,

To hold space,

For your body to rest in that realm,

And for you,

The soul,

Riding in the body to recognize it is your body that sleeps,

Not you,

To hold a quiet space in the divine line,

To hold a container for your body to sleep all night long,

And to invite some energetic aspect of you to be anchored to the front of the spine which soothes and calms the body,

And for you as a being of light to travel in your divine line while your body sleeps,

To do whatever it is you need to do in the higher realms,

Create,

Communicate,

Reconnect with your guides,

Sit in council in a higher realm,

But quietly,

So as not to wake your body,

Let some energetic aspect of you reference the realm where you can do what you need to do in a gentle,

Balanced,

Safe way,

And to hold space for your body to rest and restore,

To recalibrate,

To go deep within,

To reconnect with its essence in dream time,

In a realm where it can,

Breathing in,

Continue encouraging your body to use its breath to relax different parts of itself,

To reference this other realm where it is safe and can restore all night long,

And use the soul,

Hold a quiet energy grounded on the front of the spine,
