How am I doing Now?
This is a short meditation to help bring awareness to the present moment by simply repeating a question; How am I doing now? this practice has helped calm my mind on busy days when it would not stop chatting. I hope it helps you let go of obsessive thinking. You can continue this practice during your day when you need a break by just repeating that simple phrase.
