Connecting with your nose and your breath and asking in the background of your mind,

And listening for an answer.
Maybe it is my right hand is heavy.
Taking a breath and asking the question again,
How am I doing now?
Listening for the answer.
Maybe your left foot is itchy.
Taking a note,
Taking a breath.
How am I doing now?
Noticing a sound in a far away place in your apartment.
Taking a go,
Taking a breath.
How am I doing now?
Maybe finding an emotion,
Joy.
How does it feel?
Taking a breath and noticing how that feels and letting that go.
How am I doing now?
Being distracted by some facts from my life.
Noticing what it is.
Maybe naming it.
Planning for the week to come.
Dinner time.
Meeting with parents.
Taking a breath and letting that go.
Asking yourself again,
How am I doing now?
And I'll be quiet for the next minute so you can really find whatever you want to find.
Take a big a changing,
Our emotion keep changing,
Our sensation keep changing if we pay attention.
Take five more breaths,
Ask yourself one more time a question.
Just come back to the group,
Come back to sensing how you are and how you want to continue with your day.
