Okay,
Let me turn the recording on also just in case I think people might be late.
All right,
Here we go So find a comfortable seated posture.
It's important that you're seated with your feet flat if possible,
So it might mean,
You know Doing some adjustment to the way you're sitting right now And you can take that moment to just maybe close the eyes if it's feeling alright where you are If not,
Just look down toward your knees,
You know,
Stop looking at the screen And let's take three deep breaths here inhaling through your nose And exhaling with your mouth maybe blowing some air out Doing that again inhaling through your nose And exhaling blowing air out One more time so you really arrive Letting go of the weak You just pass of the day Knowing that you can come back to re-horse about what happened this week to you Or think about the project you may have this weekend or in the future weeks and just tell yourself Okay,
I can go back to that.
But for now,
I'm gonna be just present with what is And find your feet on the ground Maybe they are bare and you can Feel the carpet of the grain of the wood below you Be you and your socks and shoes And you can feel that Allowing yourself to move your toes.
It's a big one and a little one And spread them a little out if you are not in shoes And feel your heel right heel and your left heel Maybe you can even feel the little arch under your foot if you have if you don't have flat feet And with the next couple of exhale you're gonna imagine that your feet are growing roots So you're going to inhale And exhale You're going to inhale and exhale imagine your favorite tree And make those roots come out of your own feet So maybe it's a redwood if you're in California and you like growing growing That are deep deep deep Or maybe it's a much smaller apple tree or cherry tree whatever It's alright.
Know that the roots of the tree are usually as long and big as the branches So it gives you an imagination of like hey,
Can you ground below and below?
Let's take a few more breaths like this inhaling imagining that tree Exhaling and rooting more more more more more into the ground Into the ground down to the earth and to the many level of the earth it might be kind of dirt at first and grass and down below maybe some rocky and Then down below maybe some sand and down below maybe some water pockets And down below more earth and rocks and down below the center of the earth And here are all your roots kind of growing growing growing growing down down down and helping you really arrive Heavily into the earth What you're gonna do now is that every time you inhale you're gonna Pick up from that earth where you deep within pick up good and vibrant energy clear growing energy Pick up nourishment from the center of the earth Nourish your body with each inhale like that and do that a few time inhaling Picking up energy from the center of the earth So water the fire the sense of rocks any elements the calcium everything Keep going Feel yourself filling up with positive energy clean energy growing energy perfect energy And at time you can excel and release down to the same roots anything that's Begging you in your life any negativity Struggle Allergies Whatever whatever illness sickness Struggle Let that go down to the earth offer it to the earth like dust So you have that Inhale to nourish you your body your belly your chest your mind your heart and Excel to release your mind from stressor your heart from sadness and sorrow and Your belly and fire from anger release of that to the earth And breather feeling the roots Keep that connection between you and the earth See where your mind goes How is that serving you how is your body receiving or releasing?
Or releasing It's like that perfectly grounded Where are you can you breathe You know when the roots are deep Nothing can shake the tree the wind can come the rain can come the snow can come But nothing can really pull it up even hurricane if the roots are there You will move with the wind you will shake with the snow,
But you won't be unrooted uprooted See that image of you being Perfectly centered within And sense how that feel for you to be in that position And we're taking three more breaths there enjoying Your place in the world your steadiness And before you open your eyes and before you come back to your moment of life with each other You can decide if you want to keep some roots down below to keep supporting you arriving Or if you want to pull them back up inside of you Knowing that at the moment of any excel you can read root back down So your choice here for the next moment.
What do you want to do with those roots?
Should you inhale and pull them all in and go back to walking and being?
Or do you want to keep a few little roots there to remind you that you're okay and you're safe in this place at any moment?
Awesome When you're ready you can open your eyes and return to noticing around you The room the lights and the people
