Good morning there.
Hope you slept well.
Let's go through some affirmations that'll help you feel more uplifted and ready to take on any challenges today might bring on and with enthusiasm and determination.
So to begin this meditation,
Find yourself seated upright in a comfortable position and gently close your eyes and let's take a deep breath in together.
Phew.
Slowly exhale as you breathe out.
Just relax a little more.
Notice how you feel this morning.
Notice the energy in your body and where it lies.
And take note of any enthusiasm or any positivity that may be lying in your body right now.
And let's repeat the following affirmations together.
And please repeat them like you mean them.
I am focused on what matters most to me today.
I am calm and composed even in stressful situations.
I am efficient and effective in my work.
I am committed to my personal and professional growth.
I'm driven to accomplish my goals today.
I'm mindful of my time and my energy.
I'm open to learning and growing today.
I am disciplined and committed to my goals.
I'm organized and efficient in all my tasks.
I welcome new opportunities throughout my day.
I focus only on what's best for me.
I'm willing and happy to take on any challenge.
Today is going to be a great day.
And let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Slowly exhale.
And I'd like you to now think of something about your life for which you are grateful.
And then follow it up with a why.
Why are you grateful for this thing?
You've said that,
When you've thought of it,
You may open your eyes and welcome back your physical surroundings.
