Welcome and thank you so much for choosing me as your guide for this meditation.

Let's begin.

Find yourself seated comfortably with your back upright and when you're ready you may gently close your eyes.

As we begin I'd like you to ask yourself the following question,

How am I feeling right now?

Explore any feelings that may be lurking through your body from a place of curiosity.

Next you may take note of your breath.

Where do you notice the breath the most?

Your nostrils,

Your chest,

Your belly.

See if you can follow and identify the natural rhythm of your breath and you'll notice if thoughts may be seeping in.

Feelings,

Ideas,

Just take note of those and you may label them and gently go back to exploring your breath.

This time with each exhale I'd like you to relax a little further,

Helping you descend further into relaxation,

Feeling more focused,

More energized,

More inspired.

See if you can switch to your body now and identify any points of tension.

Feel free to relax those parts of your body that may be tense and gently go back to your breath.

If thoughts seep in,

You may observe those thoughts from a place of curiosity and gently label it and go back to your breath.

Each exhale sending you further into a place of relaxation and alignment.

When you're ready you may gently open your eyes and as you do so I'd like you to think of one thing about your life for which you are grateful and when you're done with that I'd like to wish you a very happy and successful day or night.

From my heart to yours,

Thank you.

A lovely short session, just right for when you don't think you have time, but you can always spare a few minutes to bring yourself back to your breath and relax your muscles.
