Welcome to this cord-cutting meditation.
This meditation will help you release the past,
Detach from past experiences,
Relationships,
Unfinished projects,
Promises,
Everything that is preventing you from being present,
From creating the future that you desire.
So close your eyes and start breathing very deeply,
Very slowly.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Notice the air coming in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Just notice how it feels for a second.
Don't try to change anything,
Just be present with your heart.
And now imagine the energy from the core of the earth coming up through all the layers of the earth.
And it's gonna go through your feet,
Up your legs,
Grounding you.
Feel this Mother Earth energy grounding you,
Nurturing you.
And this energy will fill up your whole body,
Every cell of your being.
And it's gonna start aligning your chakras from the base of your spine upwards until it comes out from the top of your head in the form of a bubble of light.
Imagine that you are inside this bubble of light,
Safe and protected.
Take a second to notice what color this ball of light is.
And you're gonna start traveling upwards through the roof,
Through the atmosphere,
Through the stars.
Go up,
Keep going up.
Remember to keep breathing as you go up.
You're gonna go through the stars,
The planets,
The galaxies.
Keep going upwards through the whole universe.
You're gonna reach a series of lights,
Some bright lights,
Some dark lights.
Go through those lights and keep going upwards.
You're gonna reach a golden light.
This is the realm of the Ascended Masters,
The angels.
This is the home of your soul.
Go through this beautiful golden light and you're gonna reach a jelly-like substance with all the colors of the universe.
These are the laws of our universe.
There's many laws.
Law of attraction,
Law of gravity,
Law of truth,
Law of connection.
And you're gonna reach for the pink mist,
Which is the law of compassion.
And you're gonna allow this pink mist to surround you in your bubble of light.
And it's gonna lead you into a door,
A window,
Straight into a bright iridescent white light.
Go into this light.
This is the seventh plane of existence,
The source,
The energy of unconditional love that created everything and everyone.
You can call it God,
Creator,
Infinite Intelligence,
However you want to call it.
Keep going up into this light until you feel the bubble around you dissolving.
And you're gonna become one with this energy of unconditional love.
Just notice how it feels like.
You may feel something in your body.
You may see things in your mind's eye.
You may just know that you are part of this energy.
And from this energy we can ask and change anything.
So we're gonna ask for a cord-cutting,
Creator of all that is.
It is commanded that all cords that no longer serve me are cut and sent to God's light.

You will just witness as this energy of creation releases everything that is in your energy field.
You may see on your solar plexus,
Around your stomach,
Cords being cut.
Everything that's attaching you to people from your past,
To projects that you thought you wanted,
To situations that are draining your energy.
Everything that is draining your energy.
In any way that you're leaking power,
Just allow this energy to release this.
You can ask for a King John Michael to cut these cords for you if you want,
Using his sword.
Don't worry,
The good connections will stay,
The good cords will stay.
We will just release the ones that drain your energy.
Keep breathing,
Allow this energy to move through you as it releases.
Now imagine this energy,
This bright iridescent white light,
Like a waterfall,
Washing over you,
Releasing everything else that's ready to be released.
Renewing your energy.
Imagine unconditional love being downloaded into every cell of your being,
Reviving every part of you.
And when you feel that is complete,
Bring your awareness back into the bright white light.
Take a deep breath in and again imagine that energy from the core of the earth going through your feet,
Through your whole body,
Realigning your chakras,
Grounding you.
Remember you are always connected to earth and sky.
