
Feel Like A Failure- Let's Do EFT Tapping!

Use this Short Guided EFT Tapping sequence when you feel defeated or like a Failure in Life. In the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) we tap on certain meridian points in our body to release stuck emotions & beliefs that stop us from feeling good. Notice on a scale of 0 to 10, how low or disappointed are you feeling? (10 means very sad and 0 means happy). Name the emotion you are feeling and give it a number. Then tap along with this audio on the following points on your face & body using your fingers. The nine tapping points used in EFT are: - Mid of Eyebrows - Side of the eye - Under the eye - Under the nose - Chin - Collar bone - Under the arm - Top of the head - Karate chop After doing one round of Tapping, check again on a scale of 0 to 10. How are you feeling now? Then, repeat this Tapping a few times until you reach zero and feel peaceful and motivated. Ps: This is a short snippet version of the actual EFT Tapping process to deal with problems in our lives.
