This is your morning manifestation meditation.
My name is Alana Victoria and for the next five minutes I will be taking you through a morning ritual that will enhance and raise your frequency to align with your highest divine purpose,
Your dharma.
So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable seat or maybe you're still resting in bed.
If you're resting in bed or laying down on a yoga mat,
Palms facing up on either side of your body,
Toes open.
If you're sitting,
Sitting tall but not too strictly tall so that your spine can comfortably rest on its natural S-curve.
Take a deep breath in as you close your eyes.
Let your shoulders rise to your ears and as you exhale let your shoulders melt down your back.
Allow yourself to feel your sits bones rooting,
Resting comfortably on the surface beneath it.
And as you breathe and drawing your breath all the way down to the base of your spine at that root chakra,
This beautiful ruby red energy center that allows us to feel supported and secure while being a spiritual being in human form.
As you exhale,
Exhale out from this space all the way up through your spine,
Out your nose or mouth.
Out your nose or mouth,
Continuing to breathe in through the nose or mouth all the way down to the base of the spine at that root chakra,
That ruby red energy portal.
And as you exhale,
Exhaling up from that space all the way out through your nose or mouth and allowing yourself to tap into this space for the next few moments with your breath on your own.
And now draw a soft smile on your face so that your brain starts to release that serotonin hormone,
The happy hormone.
And I want you to silently or maybe out loud list off a few things that you're grateful for in this day,
In this very moment.
Maybe it's your kids,
Something that easily brings you joy,
Maybe it is your home.
Giving thanks to all of the things that the majority of the world does not have at their leisure.
Recognizing the bounty that is before you and there is always bounty in every moment if we look.
Something that easily brings you joy,
That's it.
So maybe your smile is a little bigger now.
We've evoked the emotion of joy,
Of levity.
In Sanskrit they call this lila,
Levity,
Ananda for bliss.
Breathe into your heart space now with that feeling evoked here,
Joy,
Bliss,
Ananda,
Lila.
And start to envision your biggest dreams manifest.
Maybe some new ones appear in your mind's eye on that blank screen behind your eyelids.
If nobody was judging you,
How would you be living your life?
If all the resources were available to support you in living your purpose,
Your dharma,
Your divine right as a blessed being of God and of this earth,
How would you be living your life?
And keep that energy of joy and peace in your heart as you visualize and lift your spiritual being in alignment with your higher self and your mission here on this beautiful planet.
Now take a deep breath in,
Big sigh out,
Ah,
As we thank our guides,
This beautiful divine universe for supporting us in our divine right and dharma to live out our purpose in joy and peace.
You can stay here as long as you'd like,
Letting this integrate,
Or you can start to slowly open your eyes and begin your day.
