Come into stillness.

Find a comfortable space to rest,

Lie down,

Or simply just be.

Let your eyes soften.

Your jaw release.

Your shoulders drop.

Let your body know it is safe to be seen.

It is safe to be loved.

You don't need to hold anything right now.

You can just be.

This moment is a prayer of remembrance,

A returning to the holy truth of your body,

Just as it is.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Feel your body drop just a little deeper into the surface beneath you.

Now,

Take another breath in.

With every breath,

Invite softness to settle in,

Into your scalp,

Into your face,

Your neck,

And your shoulders,

Your belly,

And your hips,

Your legs,

All the way to your toes.

Now,

Feel free to lightly touch or imagine each area as it's being mentioned.

I bless this body,

Not for what it looks like,

But for what it has carried me through.

I bless my skin for being the parchment of my soul story.

I bless my marks,

Scars,

And moles as reminders that healing is not always smooth,

But it is always sacred.

I bless my belly for being the center of creation,

Digestion,

And intuition.

I bless my thighs and legs for moving me forward even when I doubted the way.

I bless my hands for how they've held others,

Held pain,

Held joy.

And now,

I bless my face,

The portal of expression,

Emotion,

And divine recognition.

I honor what has changed,

What is changing,

And what will continue to evolve.

Now place both hands on your heart or any place that feels tender,

And repeat or feel the words in your own rhythm.

I love you.

I see you.

I forgive myself for every time I looked at you with judgment.

You didn't deserve that.

You are not wrong.

You are not broken.

You are mine,

And I choose to honor you again and again.

Let these final words soak in as a balm for your soul.

Every part of me is sacred.

Every line,

Spot,

Curve,

And edge is holy.

My body is not a problem to fix,

But a temple to return to again and again.

In this body,

I am home.

In this breath,

I am whole.

In this love,

I am free.

This is such a beautiful, grounding meditation. It helped fill me with gratitude for this vessel that endures so much on my behalf. Many thanks 😊
