Erin Kudla is a 500hr Registered Yoga instructor inspired to teach gentle, compassionate styles of yoga, including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, some Vinyasa flow. She enjoys incorporating sound healing, tapping techniques & pranayama (breath work) practices with a focus on group, corporate and 1-on-1 clients. As an advocate for mental health, Erin is passionate about sharing her experience and strategies with Postpartum Depression & Anxiety with other new parents who may be struggling.
