Breathe in the ruby light into your heart,
Hold your breath a few seconds and then exhale golden light and visualize it enfolding you in a warm radiant glow.
All your cells are drinking in these warm healing rays of ruby violet and gold.
Your whole body feels much lighter and warmer as you are now surrounded with the healing rays of peace and tranquility.

Letting go of all effort and visualization,

Continue breathing in and out slowly,

Hold it there for a second or two and as you exhale,
