Healing On A Cellular Level

An insightful guided meditation teaching us how to communicate with the cells in our body, connect with our Higher Self, healing, activating and recoding our DNA for perfect radiant health. A dynamic practice to activate the healing powers of our cell.

In this recording,

We are going to learn how to communicate with the cells and DNA of our body,

How to make a connection with the intelligence of our cells to bring harmony,

Balance,

And optimal health to our physical body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Position yourself in a comfortable place,

Either sitting down in a chair,

Or if you prefer to lay flat on your back in a comfortable place,

You may do that,

Or I also suggest a meditation position where your back is straight and yet you are fully relaxed.

Allow this to be an interactive experience between your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

Allow this to be a joyful and uplifting experience of nurturing,

Getting in touch with the physical aspect of your being.

Feel your mind beginning to unwind and relax as your breathing becomes more even,

A little bit deeper,

More steady.

Allow yourself to let go and release all concerns,

Thoughts,

And stresses of your day.

Allow your mind to become a still,

Calm lake.

Allow any residue of any leftover thoughts to simply fall into this calm lake,

Like little drops of water melting into the vast,

Calm lake of your being.

Gently become aware of your breath now,

As it is the animating principle of life nourishing all your cells.

Each cell in your body is a living,

Breathing intelligence that responds to sound,

To light,

To your feelings,

Your thoughts,

And your intentions.

And these frequencies directly impact your DNA and the ability of your DNA to repair and regenerate the cells in your body.

To fully optimize the health of all the cells and DNA in your body,

It is helpful to improve and fine-tune your relationship to the indwelling spirit of your soul-self inhabiting your body.

As you become more conscious and aware of the indwelling spirit soul that is animating and sustaining your physical body,

Learning how to more effectively communicate with that intelligent presence will greatly assist you in anchoring and optimizing the function of all the cells and DNA in your body.

I open myself as a vessel of light and intelligence to receive the divine blueprint of my original state of perfect radiant health.

I call upon my I Am God Presence,

My Holy Christ Self,

The indwelling spirit that has given me my first breath,

That is sustaining me and every breath I take.

Beloved Vista and Crystal to assist us in our healing and rebalancing of all the cells in our physical body.

Start by acknowledging and fully accepting the presence of your physical body and thank your physical body and your body elemental for all the service it is providing and for sustaining your life.

Take this precious time to get in touch with and acknowledge the function of all the physical organs in your body and all that they are doing for you.

Thank your brain for being such an amazing instrument,

For helping to regulate all your bodily functions and to help you understand the importance of making healthier choices in your life.

Thank your nervous system for delivering all the signals from your brain to all the cells and organs in your body.

Thank your endocrine system and all the corresponding glands in your body for helping to regulate all your bodily functions,

Nurturing and feeding the cells the nourishment they require,

Helping your cells to absorb those nutrients,

Helping your DNA to repair itself right now as we focus on improving the regulatory function of your nervous system and endocrine system to deliver optimal health to every cell,

Tissue and organ of your physical body.

Now get in touch with the digestive system in your physical body and thank your stomach,

Your esophagus,

Salivary glands,

Your pancreas,

Your gallbladder,

Liver and kidneys,

Your intestines to help you absorb all the nutrients as well as assisting you in recycling digested food.

Take a moment to bring to your loving awareness the importance in improving the absorption and assimilation of these living nutrients into the cells of your digestive system.

Right now as you hear this recording,

Allow each cell in your body to open and recalibrate its ability to absorb and assimilate the vital nutrients of light encoded intelligence and love that is now entering into each living cell,

Atom and molecule of your physical body as these light encoded messages are being transmitted into your brain cells and the delivery system of your DNA.

I am the presence activating the intelligent function of my immune system,

Accelerating and restoring each cell in my body to its original natural and perfect state of health and to its original divine blueprint.

Your indwelling spirit soul is now harmoniously anchored in all the cells and tissue of your body,

Mind and all the functions of your brain.

Allow the intelligence of your spirit soul self to direct this healing energy flow to any specific parts of your body that may need more attention and healing.

This may include the healing of your emotions which relates to your liver,

Quite often the root cause of a physical imbalance originates in our subconscious.
