Center yourself and take a few slow deep breaths.

Breathe in and out slowly as you become aware of your breathing.

You are now entering the boundless quantum field of infinite space and nothingness.

This is the intelligent source field of infinite potential and unmanifest energy that exists beyond time or space,

Beyond cause and effect,

Beyond all duality.

Empty yourself of all your thoughts and concerns as you let go of all identification with your body,

Mind,

Personality and ego.

It is time now to let go and allow,

Allow,

Allow your being to simply dissolve into nothingness.

Relinquishing and releasing all control,

Allow yourself to melt into this vast space of infinite deep nothingness.

Stay focused on dissolving your identity,

Ego and awareness merging and dissolving into the deep quantum field of infinite space and nothingness.

Allow yourself to become the nothingness.

You are safe to let go and surrender all control and concerns as you merge and dissolve into this quantum field of the deep dark void.

Feel the deep dark void within you and around you as you merge and become the nothingness.

Become one with it.

Allow this expanding quantum field of emptiness to merge with you until you are totally one with it.

You are now this quantum field of deep dark space and infinite depth as you let go and become nothing.

Feel yourself becoming one with this emptiness as the awareness boundary between yourself and this deep space dissolves and becomes one quantum wave of deep infinite space.

Become one with it.

You are now the quantum field.

As you in-breathe allow yourself to receive whatever you need from this quantum field and as you exhale allow yourself to release all that no longer serves you is now dissolving into the quantum field and emptying into the void.

In-breathing slowly allowing yourself to receive all that you need from the quantum field and as you exhale slowly you release all tension,

Stress and all that no longer serves you.

Breathe slowly again and allow yourself to receive from the unmanifest quantum field all the energy that is for your highest good as you merge and become one with the source field of this infinite energy potential.

All that no longer serves you is now being recycled and dissolved in the quantum field of nothingness.

Your breath is now one with the quantum field that is contracting as you in-breathe and expanding as you exhale.

Your breath and the quantum field are now one center of contraction and expansion.

With each in-breath you are contracting and out-breath expanding into oneness.

The same infinite space around you is now the same infinite deep space within you as you empty yourself even more becoming one with the infinite quantum field.

Feel the comfort and ease of this awareness as you merge and become the quantum field of infinite potential possibilities and expansion.

Feel the depth of this intelligent field merging into your being as you dissolve into this quantum field of infinity.
