Healing Our Sacral Chakra

A dynamic and more advanced guided Meditation to activate healing and transmute denser energies in our sacral chakra and our sexuality. This meditation also includes the clearing of our subconscious and unconscious urges and desires that hinder our spiritual development.

Transcript

Slowly bring your attention and focus to your sacral center just above your root chakra below your navel.

The presiding master for this ray is Saint Germain and the violet ray of transmutation and freedom.

The sacral center is where the sacred fire of procreation resides.

It also involves your ability to experience and feel the primordial energy and power of your sexuality and your creative life force essence.

How we use our sexual energy affects our mental,

Emotional and physical well-being.

It is important not to suppress or deny our natural urge to experience the healing power of our sexuality as it also has the power to awaken our primordial sacred fire and activate healing in all our chakras as well as integrate these energies into our root center.

The sacral center also involves your ability to explore and express your creativity by giving form or expression to an artistic idea or the more physical expression of love.

Transformation is a process of dynamic sacred alchemy.

This process involves the transformation of a base,

Denser substance or energy into a more refined state of being,

Light and harmonic perfection.

Spiritually,

The sacred fire of the violet flame is invoked to achieve this transformation by calling upon Saint Germain to help us cleanse our auras,

Chakras and our subconscious from the accumulation of these denser human energies.

This process of transmutation involves clearing,

Cleansing,

Releasing and dissolving the cause and effect of all the karmic accumulation in our mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Etheric and causal bodies as well as in our unconscious and subconscious.

Through the alchemical process of transmutation,

The actual cause and effect of denser limiting energy is dissolved and transformed as one's original state of purity,

I now invoke the loving presence and assistance of beloved Saint Germain and the violet transmuting flame and fire to blaze,

Release and transmute the cause-effect record and memory of any limiting patterns in my subconscious,

Visualize a spiral of radiant violet light spiraling from your base chakra up into your sacral center and filling it with the radiant violet flame and light.

Allow the activity of this bright violet purifying flame and fire to fully permeate your sacral chakra.

Take this precious moment to dissolve and release any feelings and cellular memories of hurt,

Shame,

Fear and guilt as the violet transmuting flame and fire continues to spiral and sweep through your sacral chakra in a spiraling pattern of radiant bright violet light,

Sweeping and vacuuming out all that no longer belongs there.

I call upon the sacred violet flame and fire to forgive,

Dissolve and transmute any and all misqualified human,

Astral creations and entities in my sacral chakra including the cause-effect record and memory of any and all energy that is no longer serving me and my higher self.

To now be cleared,

As you release your breath,

Exhale trust and feel the comforting capacity of trust begin to expand within your sacral center.

In-breath trust deeply into your sacral center as you continue to visualize and expand the violet light.

Slowly breathe in safety into your sacral area and exhale trust.

Breathe in safety.

You are safe now.

And exhale trust knowing that all is well in your being and world.

I choose when it is appropriate to embrace and explore my sexuality.

I am at peace with my sexual desires and my ability to embrace and experience true human intimacy and oneness.

Feel the harmonizing presence of your sexual energy merging into the state of oneness with all that is.

Feel the comforting presence of this acceptance and healing permeate deeply into your sacral area.

Now visualize the spiraling violet flame and fire slowly begin to ascend into your solar plexus as it clears and transmutes your emotional and your personal power center as the violet flame and fire spirals and sweeps through your solar plexus chakra.

Clearing,

Dissolving and transmuting any and all unconscious and subconscious patterns of misqualified energy in your emotional body.

Now breathe love into your solar plexus and expand loving kindness,

Forgiveness,

Self acceptance and self-nurturance into your emotional center.

Feel the nurturing energy of the violet transmuting flame and fire sweep through your emotional body clearing and transmuting all that no longer serves in that area.

Slowly bring the violet flame into your heart chakra and allow it to purify,

Cleanse,

Dissolve and release any feelings and cellular memories of hurt,

Suffering and pain as the soothing energy of the pink light ray in the center of the deeper violet transmuting light fills your heart with a healing glow of soft rose pink violet light.

Feel the soothing pink rose violet light in your heart center begin to expand filling your heart with loving kindness and forgiveness,

I forgive myself and all others,

The pink violet flame and fire is now restoring the pristine purity and innocence of my heart and my ability to freely receive and express pure unconditional love.

Breathe in the soft rose violet light into your heart and feel the soothing glow of love restoring your capacity to love yourself and all others.

Gently bring your focus of the violet transmuting flame and fire as it spirals and ascends into your throat center clearing and purifying your ability to speak the truth and to align your personal will to the will of your higher self as well as expanding your power of protection.

Your ability to communicate more clearly and effectively is now being activated as you absorb the violet light into your throat center.

Allow the spiraling violet flame and fire to cleanse and purify anything in your subconscious that has limited you from expressing and experiencing your full ability and potential to be in your full I am God power.

The violet flame is now ascending and spiraling into your third eye center transmuting,

Dissolving and clearing any energy in that area that needs to be healed,

Cleared and transmuted.

Allow the spiraling vortex to anchor and zoom into your third eye with a one pointed focused pinpoint of deep indigo violet light as you expand your ability to access your own healing powers as well as your ability to manifest.

This also allows you to see and experience the more subtle frequencies of the unmanifest light and intelligence of creation beyond the third and fourth dimension within the one pointed focus in your third eye.

Now bring your attention of the violet transmuting flame and fire as it spirals and ascends into your crown chakra above the center of your head,

Filling your crown area with a radiant luminescent violet light transmuting and dissolving all astral creations,

Entities and thought forms in that area.

As the violet flame and fire sweeps through your crown center,

Feel your ability to access your higher self begin to accelerate as you open yourself to receive and activate the transpersonal aspects of your higher self into your crown chakra.

I allow and accept the transpersonal divine intelligence of my higher self to guide me in all areas of my life.

Now visualize a tube of brilliant violet light surrounding your whole body in a spiraling column of radiating violet light as it ascends and descends up and down and through your body through this translucent radiating column of violet light purifying and transmuting all your chakras and your auric field raising your vibrational frequency to a more expanded and accelerated alignment with your own beloved I am God presence and higher self.

Feel this new transmuted realignment of all your seven chakras that you have initiated and activated through your loving intent and use of the violet transmuting flame and purifying fire that is now bringing you into a more radiant alignment with your higher self.
