Namaste my friends.
I invite you to sit.
Close your eyes if it feels right for you and let your sit bones root into the ground.
Let your chest feel lifted,
Tucking your chin and elongating through the back of your neck.
I invite you to breathe a little bit more slowly and deeply.
Inhaling,
Holding,
And exhaling.
Slowing down those exhales,
Arriving here,
Feeling yourself in the room around you.
Feel how the air touches your skin as you continue to breathe.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Settling,
Allowing.
I invite you to open up your body with breath and let things that don't need to be there fall from you,
In front of you.
Let every little thing,
Feeling,
Energy that's attached to you,
Let it kind of pour out of the tense places that they stick.
Sending breath to the shoulders,
The jaw,
Relaxing behind the eyes.
Just letting yourself pour,
Pour,
Pour everything out.
And just breathe in this open and neutral and blank space.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
In this space,
You are free.
You are free of tension,
Of to-dos.
You are free of conflict.
You can say this to yourself in your head or out loud,
Continuing to breathe.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
I am free of conflict.
I am free.
Whatever you need to feel free from in this moment,
This is a place for you to set it down,
To be free of worry,
Of doubt,
And of conflict.
Just breathing,
Exhaling,
Releasing it all out and away.
You can come back to put things down,
To release,
And to open as often as you feel you need to.
I'll always be here.
One more breath together.
Inhaling,
Pausing,
And exhaling.
You are free.
Namaste,
My friends.
