As we start our mindfulness work today,
I want you to sit down.
Start to feel your feet.
Feel the foundation that supports you and connect with that foundation.
Ground yourself in that foundation.
As we breathe in for four,
Hold for two and release for six.
I want you to keep in mind that we are human beings and not human doings.
Right now we don't have to do anything.
We just have to simply be present to where we are right now.
On your next breath in,
I want you to say the word to yourself,
Breathe,
And on the exhale the word center.
As you breathe in for four seconds,
You say re,
You hold for two and release for six seconds.
Say center.
In this busy lifestyle that you live,
This is the moment that you create the space for you.
The space to be creative,
The space that creates the best performance.
This space also amplifies not only performance but prevention.
Now not only are you going to say the word re and center,
But now you're going to visually see those words,
See that word popping in and that word coming in and out.
We've been working on how to find your center.
Now is the time to re-center.
