On the release of your breath, take the opportunity to breathe out what you don't need. We often bring belief systems into our new experience. This meditation will allow you to release that. On your breath out, let go whatever you brought to this meditation. Breathe out anything that does not serve you. Let go. Give gratitude. Let's start this day.

As we start our two-minute meditation,

Keep in mind our breathing pattern four to six.

Let's begin to breathe in for four.

John Maxwell said,

You cannot overestimate the unimportance in practically everything.

On our breath out today on that release of the experience for six seconds,

Let's take the opportunity to breathe out what you don't need.

Oftentimes we bring stuff,

We bring BS or belief systems into our new experience.

This meditation right now is going to allow you to release that.

On your next breath out,

I want you to let go of whatever you brought into this meditation.

Now the next breath out,

Breathe out anything that doesn't serve you.

Let go,

Give gratitude,

All the things you're grateful for.

Let's start this day.
