We're not motivated,

We're not inspired.

What do we do?

More than we get our breath going,

You can start that breath right now.

The three elements of excellence,

Move well,

Eat well,

Think well.

This is not a separate system.

It's a cyclical system.

Every single day,

Eight days a week.

Move well,

Eat well,

Think well.

Go back to your breath.

Enjoy that breath in.

Remember that pause.

And release.
