It's taken my whole lifetime to get exactly down 'what do I do?' If you ever hear that question and you feel a bit uncomfortable or maybe you undersell yourself in your answer. I am going to share my answer and hopefully help you discover yours. I ask myself each morning, 'What feelings will I free up to produce flight in each human being God gives me?' What do you ask yourself each morning?

I've heard multiple times,

So what do you do?

And I want to share with you right now that answer because it's taken my whole lifetime to get exactly down what I do.

And I'm not sure about you,

But if you ever hear that question and you feel a bit uncomfortable or even like you undersell yourself in that answer,

I want to share with you mine and hopefully it will help discover yours.

The question is,

What do I do?

Well before that I like to start with a question.

So you wake up in the morning and every single day you start with a question that precedes the understanding of what you do and getting that answer.

So what is the question?

My question to myself is,

What feelings will I free up to produce flight in each human being God gifts me?

My question to you is,

What's your daily question?

Now let's get to the matter at hand.

What do I do?

As I'm sharing this with you I want you to consistently think about yourself and what you do.

And more importantly,

Not how you do it,

But what do you actually do?

So what I do?

I create more time so you can live on mission.

Hoping you feel alive and energized to find your center,

To re-center and to build momentum.

The goal is to get off average and own your excellence.

So we can all own our excellence.

To bring to life my vision of oneness through wellness.

How do I do it?

Who cares?

I would say I teach people how to move well,

Eat well and think well,

Eight days a week.

The how you do it is irrelevant,

But the what you do will change everything.
