The statement "there is no world" is a profound metaphysical teaching that challenges our perception of reality. It asserts that the physical world we experience is not a creation of God, but rather an illusion projected by our minds as a result of our perceived separation from the Divine. This concept invites us to question the validity of our sensory experiences and to recognize that true reality lies beyond the material realm. By accepting that "there is no world," we are encouraged to shift our focus from external appearances to the internal landscape of mind and spirit, ultimately leading to spiritual awakening and the recognition of our oneness with God.

Welcome to active meditation.

In this meditation,

We will explore the idea that there is no world.

Prepare for meditation by finding a comfortable position.

Take a few deep breaths.

Relax.

Remove all expression from your face.

There is no world The idea that the physical world as we perceive it is an illusion,

A false perception born from the thought of separation from God.

This world is not created by God.

This world is not eternal,

Which is the nature of divine creation.

Instead,

This world is a projection of our mind and hallucination.

The world is manufactured by our ego designed to perpetuate the illusion of separation.

The world serves our ego as an attack on God.

In contrast with the eternal peace and unity of God's creation,

We experience fear,

Chaos,

And conflict.

Recognizing that this world is an illusion is essential for spiritual awakening and the return to our true self as created by God.

So let's practice by embracing the illusion.

Now,

Imagine the world around us gently dissolving into light.

The forms,

The structures gradually disappearing,

Fading away.

As our perception of solid objects and separate forms soften and dissolve,

The world becomes fluid,

A dreamlike projection of our mind.

Now observe any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or sensations that arise.

Don't judge them,

Just notice them.

Remember that all thoughts,

Emotions,

And sensations are all occurring within your mind.

As thoughts fade,

What remains is a vast expanse of pure white light that flows through us from all sides,

From above and below.

Our sense of self expands,

Moving outward,

Beyond the boundaries of our body.

There is no inside or outside,

Infinite awareness,

Only endless,

Limitless light.

Feel yourself merging with this light.

There is no separation here,

Only unity and love.

We know that this is our true essence.

Rest in the spacious awareness that remains when we let go of all concepts and beliefs about the world.

If thoughts or perceptions arise,

Gently remind yourself this too is just an appearance in mind.

There is no separate world.

Abide in the peace of knowing your true nature as limitless consciousness beyond all worldly appearances.

I am not a body.

I am free.

As God created me.

There is no world outside my mind.

Everything I perceive is occurring within my own mind.

My thoughts,

My sensations and perceptions are all mental phenomena and do not exist.
