Preferably with your back supported,
Head and neck free.
Close your eyes.
God did not create a meaningless world.
Go ahead and start with a big 2x breath in through the nose for a count of two,
Out through the mouth for a count of four.
God did not create a meaningless world.
Again,
In through the nose for a count of two,
Out through the mouth for a count of four.
Now let's move into a 3x breath.
In through the nose for a count of three,
Two,
One,
Out through the mouth for a count of six.
Repeat that two more times.
God did not create a meaningless world.
This is not practicing the lesson,
This is a simple meditation using the lesson as an anchor.
If you are practicing the lessons,
Please do that on your own.
Now let's move into a 4x breath.
In through the nose for a count of four,
Out through the mouth for a count of eight.
Go ahead and envision the breath coming up through the base of your spine,
All the way up through your body and out the top of your head.
Repeat this 4x breath two more times as I speak.
The breath comes up in a beautiful,
Beautiful,
Pure bluish white light,
The purest,
Brightest light you can envision,
All the way up through the base of your spine and out the top of your head.
Go ahead and exhale all tension,
All stress,
Let everything leave your body.
We will now move into a silent meditation.

He did not create politicians.
