Hello,
Good morning,
Good evening,
Good afternoon.
This is a meditation based on A Course in Miracles workbook for students.
Today is lesson 10.
Let's go ahead and sit with our backs supported,
Head and neck free.
Start with a few slow head rolls in a circle to the right,
Nice and slow.
Now change direction.
If your eyes are not closed,
Go ahead and close them.
We're going to start with our breathing.
Breathe in through the nose for a count of two,
Out through the mouth for a count of four.
Let's repeat this three times.
When you're done with the 2x breath,
Let's move into a 3x breath.
In through the nose for a count of three,
Out through the mouth for a count of six.
Repeat this three times.
Feel the breath come up in through the base of your spine,
All the way through your body and out the top of your head.
Envision it as a beautiful bright,
Bright blue light.
So blue it's white,
So white it's blue.
Now the 4x breath.
In through the nose for a count of four,
Out through the mouth for a count of eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,

Lesson 10 in A Course in Miracles Workbook.
This is by the Foundation for Inner Peace.
My thoughts do not mean anything.
This idea applies to all the thoughts of which you are aware or become aware in the practice periods.
The reason the idea is applicable to all of them is that they are not your real thoughts.
We have made this distinction before and will do so again.
You have no basis for comparison as yet.
When you do,
You will have no doubt that once you once believed where your thoughts did not mean anything.
My thoughts do not mean anything.
My thoughts do not mean anything.
This idea will help to release me from all that I now believe.
Search your mind for all the thoughts that are available to you without selection or judgment.
Try to avoid classification of any kind.
In fact,
If you find it helpful to do so,
You might imagine that you are watching an oddly assorted procession going by,
Which has little if any personal meaning to you.
As each one crosses your mind,
Say,
My thought about.
.
.
Fill in the blank.
.
.
Does not mean anything.
My thought about.
.
.
This meditation does not mean anything.
This is an example of what it means to look with Jesus at your ego.
The you that looks with no personal attachment to these thoughts.
The you that is looking at these thoughts is the decision-making part of your mind.
Return to which is the Course's goal and the meaning of the miracle that gives a Course in miracles its name.
Today's thought can obviously serve for any thought that distresses you at any time.
Practice five times throughout the day,
Each involving no more than a minute or so of mind-searching.
Please reduce it to a half a minute or less if you experience discomfort.
Repeat the idea slowly before applying it specifically,
And also add,
This idea will help to release me from all that I now believe.
Practice with the same gentle kindness that Jesus exhibits towards us.
Thank you for joining with me for this meditation.
I love you.
