ACIM Lesson 279 Contemplation

"Creation's freedom promises my own".

In Miracles,

Lesson 279,

Creation's freedom promises my own.

The end of dreams is promised me because God's child is not abandoned by His love.

Only in dreams is there a time when the child appears to be in prison.

It is only in dreams where God's child awaits a future freedom,

If it be at all.

Yet,

In reality,

The child's dreams are gone,

With truth established in their place.

Now,

Is freedom established already?

Should I wait in chains which have been severed for release,

When God is offering me freedom now?

Father,

I will accept your promises today and give my faith to them.

My Father loves the child whom He created as His own.

Father,

Would you withhold the gifts you gave to me?

Father,

I know you love me,

Whom you created as your own.

Father,

I know you would not withhold the gifts you gave to me.
