"Let me remember God created me." This lesson emphasizes the importance of acknowledging God as our sole Creator and Source, which is key to understanding our true Identity. It teaches that our belief in sin stems from the mistaken idea that we have somehow made or shaped ourselves, separate from God. The lesson encourages us to recognize that we cannot be anything other than what God created us to be - sinless, holy, and perfect. By remembering that God created us, we simultaneously remember our true Identity and see this same truth in our brothers and sisters, recognizing our shared innocence and likeness to God. Lesson 260.

Let me remember God created me.

Father,

I did not make myself,

Although in my insanity I thought I did.

Father,

As I am your thought,

I have not left my source.

As I am your thought,

I remain a part of you who created me.

Your child,

My Father,

Calls on you today.

Let me remember you created me.

Let me remember my identity.

Let my sinlessness arise again before Christ's vision.

Through Christ's vision,

I would look upon my brothers and sisters.

Through Christ's vision,

I would look upon myself today.

Now is our source remembered.

In our source,

We find our true identity at last.

Holy indeed are we,

Because our source can know no sin.

We who are God's children are like each other.

We who are God's children are like God,

Our source.

Now is my source remembered.

It is within my source I find my true identity at last.

Holy indeed am I,

Because my source can know no sin.

Father,

I did not make myself,

Although in my insanity I thought I did.

Father,

As I am your thought,

I have not left my source.

Father,

As I am your thought,

I remain a part of you who created me.

Father,

Let me remember you created me.

Let me remember my identity.

Now is our source remembered.

In our source,

We find our true identity at last.

Holy indeed are we,

Because our source can know no sin.

We who are God's children are like each other,

Are like God,

Our source.

Holy indeed am I,

Because my source can know no sin.

Now is my source remembered.

It is within my source I find my true identity at last.

Let me remember God created me.

Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies the peace of God.
