ACIM Lesson 243 Prayer

"Today I will judge nothing that occurs."
This lesson emphasizes the unreliability of our physical senses, describing them as "mechanisms of illusion" that were made to deceive and replace Reality with illusions of separation. It encourages us to refrain from making judgments based on what our bodily senses show us, as these perceptions are incomplete and misleading. Instead, the lesson advises opening our minds to the Holy Spirit's guidance, recognizing that only God's Creation truly exists, and that attempting to judge based on our limited perceptions is an act of attacking God.
