A Course in Miracles Lesson 225 God is my Father,

And His child loves Him.

Father,

I must return Your love for me.

Giving and receiving are the same,

And You have given all Your love to me.

Father,

I must return Your love,

For I want Your love to be mine in full awareness.

I want Your love blazing in my mind.

Father,

I want Your love keeping my mind within its kindly light.

I want Your love inviolate,

Beloved.

Father,

I want Your love with fear behind.

I want Your love with only peace ahead.

How still is the way Your loving child is led along to You?

Brothers and sisters,

We find stillness now.

The way is open.

We follow the way,

In peace,

Together.

You have reached Your hand to me,

And I will never leave You.

We are one,

And it is only this oneness that we seek as we accomplish these few final steps,

Which end a journey that was not begun.

Giving and receiving are the same.

Father,

You have given all Your love to me.

I must return Your love.
