Welcome to Active Meditation.
God is Love and therefore so am I.
A Course in Miracles Lesson 174 Reviewing Lesson 157 Steady our feet,
Father.
Let our doubts be quiet.
Let our holy minds be still and speak to us.
Lead our practicing.
We will listen to your word and make it ours.
We accept the word you offer us to unify our practicing as we review the thoughts that you have given us in these lessons.
Review Lesson 157 Into God's Presence would I enter now.
This day is holy,
For it ushers in a new experience,
A different kind of feeling,
A different kind of awareness.
You have spent long days and nights in celebrating death.
Today you learn to feel the joy of life.
Today it will be given you to feel a touch of heaven,
Though you will return to paths of learning.
You have come far enough along the way to alter time sufficiently,
To rise above the laws of time,
And to walk into eternity for a while.
Nothing is needed but today's idea.
Into God's Presence would I enter.
Into God's Presence would I enter now.
This idea will let your mind rest in still anticipation,
In quiet joy,
Wherein you quickly leave the world behind.
Into Christ's Presence will we enter now,
Serenely unaware of everything except His shining face,
Serenely unaware of everything except His perfect love.
As you keep practicing this lesson,
The vision of Christ's face will stay with you.
There eventually will be an instant which transcends all vision,
Even the vision of Christ,
Which is the holiest.
This you will never teach,
For you attained it not through learning.
Yet this vision of Christ speaks of your remembrance of what you knew at that transcendent instant,
And will surely know again.
Say to yourself,
Say in your mind,
Into God's Presence would I enter.
Into God's Presence would I enter now.
God will direct your practicing today,
For what you ask for now is what God wills,
And having joined your will with His this day,
That which you are asking must be given you.
Into God's Presence would I enter.
Ponder on this.
Into God's Presence would I enter now.
God is love,
And therefore so am I.
Into God's Presence would I enter now.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
