Welcome to your guided meditation with me Katie Rose And today I'd like you just to find a space where you feel comfortable You may wish to sit or lie down Either one is perfectly fine for you Like you to connect with your breath breathing in through your nose And letting out a deep sigh as you release through the mouth Noticing how your shoulders drop and relax with every breath that you take Breathing in again through your nose And out through your mouth Allowing your body to relax more and more Surrendering to where you are right now And as your body relaxes Just surrender the weight of your body and relax Just surrender the weight of your body over to the seat or the bed or wherever you are You may wish to have your hands by your side,
On your belly,
On your lap,
Wherever they feel most comfortable for you And just breathing now at a normal pace Your natural rhythm Maybe breathing in and out through your nose In a comfortable breath I'd like you to imagine a waterfall A beautiful waterfall in front of you I want you to become aware Of the size of the waterfall How tall is it?
Become aware of the pressure of the water The water pummeling down from the water Become aware of the surroundings around the waterfall Notice if there's a forest Notice the grass that may be around you and your feet Become aware of the flowers around you You may even notice animals appearing And knowing and feeling how safe you are in this space How comfortable you are You start to walk towards the waterfall Making your way around towards the back of the waterfall And you start to feel the water dripping on your face and on your skin The closer that you get Noticing the sound becoming louder and louder You start to walk behind the waterfall Feeling the water on your face Feeling the splashes Feeling that noise through your whole body Feeling that vibration of the power of the water And you place your hands under the flowing water And you notice that there's a warmth to the water And this warmth feels inviting That you stand under the waterfall The water washing over your head Releasing the tension that may be held around your head Coming down around the front of your face and the back of your neck The water flowing down over your arms Washing down over your torso and your back Washing down through your legs And you become aware that the water changes colour as it touches your skin As it washes and cleanses your energy Just take a note of this colour Become aware of what you feel is being released right now Of what you're being cleansed of Just take a moment to stand here in surrender As you allow the water to wash over you Allowing yourself to release Release And then you start to get an urge to dive from this ledge down into the water below Diving down into this water,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling a weight lifting from you And you find yourself floating in this water Still hearing the waterfall crashing down But this sound brings such a peace within you And as you lay in this water,
Lying on your back,
Your arms to your side in surrender You become aware that the water changes colour It changes to a colour that is supporting you Allow this colour,
This water,
This vibration to wash through you and over you Feeling this energy coming into your body Feeling that support,
That embrace As the water holds you and Mother Earth holds you Allowing yourself time to just be present in this moment And then your body starts to rise,
Starts to rise up out of the water And you find yourself hovering above the water Again,
Arms in surrender And as you hover above,
You become aware of these presence around you It is the angels,
Archangel Raphael steps forward And he is here to help you to heal He is here to take anything away from you that is not yours or that you no longer want to hold on to Give yourself permission now to surrender it to him See that energy being released and handed over to him And as soon as it touches him,
It evaporates,
No longer a part of you Feel this energy,
Embracing you and holding you Supporting you and loving you,
Allowing you to see yourself as your true self And as he steps back,
You become aware of Archangel Michael Archangel Michael steps forward with his sword of truth And he takes this sword and places a bubble of protection around you This beautiful blue and white iridescent colour surrounding you A strong circle forms around you A beautiful bubble And the thickness of this bubble can be as thick as you'd like it to be or as thin as you'd like it to be This bubble is here to protect your energy,
To protect your intentions and your boundaries Energy can flow out of this bubble from you if you want to release anything But no energy can enter this bubble unless you allow it to Archangel Michael brings a strength and a confidence into your energy Allowing you to stay strong in your boundaries Stay strong in your truth,
In what it is that you want and what you don't want And your body starts to float down and you find yourself sitting next to the waterfall With your legs crossed,
Connected deeply to the earth,
Sitting up nice and tall Feeling your spine in true alignment as your chakras feel completely in balance You find that roots start to grow from the base of your spine down into the earth And roots grow from your feet down into the earth,
Anchoring you deeply into Mother Nature Feeling those roots growing down deeper and deeper,
Further and further Securing you,
Anchoring you into your security,
Your safety,
Your trust Feeling this energy strengthening within you You start to become aware of crystals around you They will appear in whatever colour you need them to appear And these crystals flow in to the roots of you This beautiful energy connected to your truth,
To your security and to the depths of the connection of Mother Earth Feel this energy flowing up through the roots coming up into your body Feel this energy flowing all the way up your spine,
Through your root,
Up through your sacral,
Your solar plexus Up through your heart,
Up into your throat,
Up into your third eye and up into your crown Feeling a beautiful release as it reaches the top and the energy starts to flow back down A continuous cycle of energy flowing to and fro,
As above,
So low Feeling this beautiful energy anchoring into you Taking a moment to just be present,
To feel,
To know you are supported always You start to connect back with your breath Becoming aware of your breath,
Becoming aware of the movement Of breathing in,
Breathing out Feeling that connection to the world,
Feeling that connection to your spiritual body,
To your physical body Feeling that connection as you come back into your body Bringing all this beautiful energy back with you,
Strengthening you,
Knowing you are protected Knowing that you are strong within your abilities,
You have your intentions and you have your boundaries in place As you come back,
Feel that energy being embraced through every cell within your body Connecting back with your breath,
Breathing in through the nose And another sigh of release as you breathe out through the mouth Just taking your time to come back into the body,
Into the now Feeling that energy flowing,
Feeling that strength and that confidence as you come back You may wish to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
You may wish to stretch,
Whatever feels good for you Just coming back and opening your eyes Coming back into the room when you're ready
